The Way of Earning Mesos in Maplestory

Earn your maplestory mesos in just a few days! Doesn't matter if you are a beginner, warrior, thief, mage, archer or pirate.

Steps

1.Train and get mesos. PQ will give rewards that you can sell for much mesos. Quests also gives rewards and mesos that you can keep or sell. Make sure you have fun while playing!

2.Do the Orbis or Eos Tower quests everyday for about a week or so and sell all the scrolls you get. Each one can go for about 70-150k, which can get you a lot if you get enough scrolls.

3.Loot or train at Sakura Cellions in Amoria. They give a ridiculous amount of money compared to their level. However, leprehauns in masteria give far more mesos per drop and have a much better drops including steelys and black umbrellas. To go there, first travel to New Leaf City and travel using the free taxi at the far left of the map. Then walk to the left side of the map until you se the portal, this is where the leprehauns roam. (recommened lvl 40+)

4.Try to pick up mesos that are left by other users.

5.During MapleStory events where Maple items are available, hunt for them and then sell them.

6.Try to play during 2x drop rate hours.

7.Try looking through FM for good deals, and sell them.

8.On Sundays, buy items from the 7th Day Market and sell them to the merchant at a higher price.

Tips

•Use New Leaf City-exclusive potions. These potions/foods will heal the most HP and MP with the least amount of mesos used.

•Take all of your monster drops, except for maybe Omok pieces and monster cards.

•Consider buying autoloot maple story mesos for your pet, so they can pick up your mesos while you are training.

•In the 7th Day Market, each item takes up one slot, so you may find it useful if you create multiple characters to hold more items.

•If you are a Cleric/Priest/Bishop, you may find HP potions obsolete if you max "Heal" immediately after a point in Teleport. Heal replenishes all of your HP and most of your party's HP when maxed. You still need MP potions, though.

•If you are a magician of any sort, you will find the skill "MP Eater" useful. When maxed, the skill has a high success rate of taking some of a killed monster's MP and giving it to you. You won't max this very early, though.

•"Mesos Guard" is a skill for Chief Bandits that, when maxed, takes 77% of any damage received and channels it to your meso instead of your HP. At the levels when you'll start using it, 100 HP will cost more than 100 meso. Plus, it helps to take in damage when killing bosses.

•"Invincible" is a skill for Clerics that cancels out 30% of any physical damage taken in when maxed. Ideal for making you use Heal less often.

•"Power Guard" is a skill for Pages and Fighters that channels 40% of any physical damage taken to the monster that dealt it. So you'd only take in 60% of the damage you would've taken if you didn't have this skill in. Less HP potions to buy means more maplestory mesos.

Warnings

•Do not consider hacking, which is MapleStory's equivalent of cheating. It puts you at an unfair advantage to other Maplers who do not hack (the majority) because of the extra EXP and money you'll reap. Not only does it tick off the general population, but it delivers a 30-day ban, followed by a permaban. There was a period known as the "Hacker Era" from around November '06 to June '07 where hacking was almost uncontrollable. Since then, hackers are now rarer to spot. (This is actually false, there are still hundreds of hackers world wide, go to dheat engine forum for more details)

•Do not KS(Kill Steal). There is no real consequence of Kill Stealing other then one given by players, but Fame does make an impact on the game equipment wise. So it is better to play nicely with other players.

Make a Master Bowman in Maple Story

So you want to make a bowman. Well, you have made a very good choice. Bowmen are strong, cheap and fun to raise, plus they don't have very hard stats and out-damage other classes, except warriors, at a high level.

Steps

1.Stat roll. Roll until your INT and LUK are 4/4. You must get 4/4 stats--there are other people saying 5/4, 5/5, 4/5, 4/6 or even 6/4 is okay. Don't listen. Get 4/4. It's hard but worth it! INT and LUK don't matter.

2.Train on Maple Island as a newbie. Do every quest there is on there (especially the Relaxer quest), then leave at level 9. Train your character up to 942 EXP, then do the Olaf (talk to the guy Olaf in Lith Harbor) quest, which gives you 300 EXP when you complete it, and then you will be level 10!

3.Make your job advancement in Henesys at level 10. Go to that white gate that takes you to Mushroom Park, and go to Athena Pierce in that giant house that looks like a tree. Talk to her to become a bowman.

4.Train at Henesys. The ground is flat and arrows slope up and down easier. The hunting ground is also a good place to train.

•Lvl 10-15: Train on the bottom floor (snail floor) or next floor up (slime floor)

•Lvl 15-20: Train on the third floor (orange mushroom floor) or the top floor (green mushroom floor)

5.When you do quests, its best to go in parties or just ks (kill steal or pick up) in the hunting ground or anywhere that has a lot of people

6.At level 10, you get 1 skill point, then each following time you gain a level, you get 3. Here is a sample skill build:

•1 Blessing of the Amazon, then master Eye of the Amazon, put one into Arrowblow and 1 into Double Shot, then master Crit Shot, then master Double Shot, then put the skills into anything you want.

7.At level 30 make the second job advancement.

8.Keep training until level 37, and then do the Monster Carnival PQ, or at level 35, but you won't have an easy time getting a party at that level.

9.Make the third job advancement when you become level 70.

Tips

•Be rich.

•Try not to sell any item when you immediately get it- its a waste of time!

•Don't spend too much time talking to people

•When you use a bow or crossbow, don't attack up close or you'll whack the monsters instead.

It's hard to train.Don't attract too much monsters at once, unless you have a good mobbing skill, the minimum being triple strike.

How to Optimize Your Character Class in Maple Story

People love Maple Story for a reason. So many people brag about their levels. This MIGHT tell you how to play and be good at it! Then you can be the one bragging!

Steps

1. Grab some chips and a coke, prepare a spot at your computer, create a playlist with awesome songs, and sit down. Take a breath and ask yourself if you have the determination and time to play.

2. Turn on your playlist, start maple story account, and wait until the login screen appears.

3. Log In! You're ready to begin.

Setup

1. Downloading Maple Story - If you have not done this yet, here are quick and easy steps:

(1)Go to the Nexon Website!

(2)Head to the Maple Story section, then click GAME DOWNLOAD.

(3)Pick out your choice. Wait. The download will begin. Find something to do as the download finishes.

(4)Head through your setup.

2. Create an Account! This is mandatory to play. You need an email, and a few other things. No credit cards or money though.

3. To verify your account, head to your e-mail's inbox, and find the email they sent you. The Email will say a code. Copy that code, and go back to the Maple Global website, and log on. Once you log on, they will ask you for that code. Paste it, and click "Confirm".

Path of the Warrior

Warriors are the masters of close combat. They can use Power Skills that allow them to increase combat parameters, and special attacks like Slash Blast and Power Strike to do additional damage. They have a tendency to miss later on, but with a Priest/Cleric (Holy Mages), they are basically invincible.

1. It's time to make a character. When you roll the dice on the Stats Screen, pick these out:

•STR: ?, DEX: ?, INT: 4, LUK: 4.

2. You are ready for Maple Island. Get your DEX to 20, then put all of your remaining points into STR. Do all quests for their rewards, and remember to play your own music and keep yourself comfy. Make it to Level 10, then it's off to Victoria Island. Head to Southperry, head to the east, talk to Shanks, and pay up.

3. You are at Lith Harbor. Talk to Olaf. Finish his quest and tell him you wish to follow the path of the warrior. Now turn back and go to the ticket booth. Get a Perion ticket. Now you will appear in a desert wastelandish town.

4. Climb to the top and head inside. Dances with Balrog will advance you to a Warrior. Put your first point into Improving HP Recover.

5. Grab a weapon and level up. Get Improving HP Recover to 5, then begin to max out Max HP Increase. This will give you the highest HP possible.

•This is the best choice of building for a Warrior.

•Get Improving HP Recover to 5.

•Now put points into Max HP Increase until it is maxed. This is the most important skill to master as for future levels you will need it for highest possible HP at no expense.

•1 Point in Power Strike, then 10 in Slash Blast.

•Max Power Strike. Then max Slash Blast.

•Put your last points into Endure.

6. Once that is all done and you are Level 30, you can go back to your instructor Dances with Balrog and chat him up. Follow his instructions and you can become your 2nd Job. Each depends on your different weapon. If you prefer Swords or Axes, become a Fighter. Polearms and Spears are for the Spearman. Any other weapon is for the Page.

Path of a Magician

The magician is Maple's symbol of defending and upholding. Make sure you're up to it.

1. It's time to pick out your stats! Get them to:

•STR: 4, DEX: 4, INT: ?, LUK: ?

2. Head through Maple Island, doing quests (skip Biggs and Mai's Training III if you must). You might want to max out Recovery and Three Snails. Recovery can heal you, and Three Snails will do 40 damage when maxed out! This means an Orange Mushroom can be killed in two uses! Your stats should be at 13 LUK, 4 STR, 4 DEX, and whatever is left should go to INT. Get to Level 8 and head to Southperry, talk to Shanks, and leave.

3. Talk to Olaf, finish the quiz, choose the path of a Magician, and then walk over to the ticketing booth and go to Ellinia.

4. Climb up 1000 feet or so to the top of Ellinia. Go in the library and get your EXP. Now become a Magician. Your HP will stay the same, but your MP will really jump. Teach yourself Energy Bolt with your new Skill Point.

5. Set this skill to a button, grab yourself a wand, and hopefully, some MP Potions, which are extremely expensive. Try to party with some newborn Warriors or Thieves, maybe some Bowmen if they want to do it. You will be struggling through the first few Mage maple story powerleveling Levels.

6. Uphold the Maple Laws. Be nice to people, and they'll be nice to you. Don't beg.

Path of the Bowman

Something is falling down from the sky! It's arrow rain! This just leaves all of the boars stunned as they are shot and killed! This was the work of a Bowman, and you can be one too!

1. Get your stats set straight! You need:

•STR: ?, DEX: ?, INT: 4, LUK: 4. These stats are the best.

2. Get your STR to 20, keep your INT and LUK at 4, and pour the rest of your points into DEX. You have to be at Level 10: no more, no less.

3. Leave for Victoria Island after you've done your quests on Maple Island. Don't go above Level 10! Once you're here, talk to Olaf and do his quiz, and then choose the path of a Bowman! Now go get a ticket to Henesys, or, walk there yourself! It's a very short trip to get to Henesys. Just keep heading towards the right. Or, once the music changes, kill yourself. As a beginner, nothing will change other than your HP rise to 50, and your location (which should now be Henesys)! Go to Mushroom Park, talk to Athena Pierce, get your EXP., and now become a Bowman!

4. Shove your first point in Critical Shot. You want this maxed ASAP. Now buy a bow and some arrows. Congrats! You're now a Bowman! Go west of Henesys, past the Hunting Grounds, and climb to the top of this map. Find a group of mushroom houses towards the mid-right. Now walk by and keep hitting UP over and over to end up at Mushroom Garden, your new training grounds. Try to find an empty channel. You'll level extremely fast here.

5. Remember to do any quests you can! In Maple Story, your quests give excellent rewards!

6. At Level 12 you can get a Crossbow. Crossbows require Crossbow Arrows. They do more damage, but are slower. Choose if you want to be a Crossbow user or a Bow user. At Level 30, choose whichever follows this path.

Path of the Thief

The path of the dark legions is a good one, and this is probably the most popular of all MapleStory jobs.

1. After selecting a server and channel, head to Create a Character and get these stats: 4/5 STR, DEX ?, INT 4/5, LUK ?. STR and INT are unimportant to you, so try to get 4, as it is the lowest number you can get in a stat. If you can't get 4 and 4 in these stats, try to get 4 in INT and 5 in STR. If you must, settle for 5 in both of them.

2. Say hi to any people you see. If you're looking for friends, press ESCAPE to pull up your menu. Click CHANGE CHANNEL and select 1. You will appear in the same place, but it is more crowded. Press R and type the names of people you want to add.

3. Talk to Sera. You should say yes and go through the training camp.

4. After finishing, head through the island, do all of your quests, get your DEX to 25, keep STR and INT the same, and bring up LUK as much as possible. Head to Victoria Island by talking to Shanks at Southperry once you are Level 10.

5. Do Olaf's quiz, then choose the path of the thief. Head back to the Ticket Booth and make your way to Kerning City. Now head to the Juice Bar and go down the toilet.

6. Dark Lord inside will make you a thief. You now will have your first skill point. Press K and begin to put it in something.

•If you want to throw stars, put this point in Nimble Body or Lucky Seven.

•If you want to use daggers, put this point in Double Stab.

7. Decide here and now... should I take short range and multi-hitting, or should I take long-range and spending for power? You will either be using daggers or claws and throwing stars/knives. If you use a dagger, you will be a Bandit, and a claw user will be an Assassin.

Class Comparisons

•Warriors have the highest HP, Magicians have the lowest. Bowmen have more HP than a Thief, but only by a bit.

•In reverse to HP, MP's order of rank from highest to lowest is as follows: Magician, Thief, Bowman, Warrior.

•Warriors only get access to 1 ranged skill, which is Three Snails. However, every class gets access to it. All of the other classes get ranged attacks, however, Magicians have smaller range than projectiles flying across the screen like Bowmen and Thieves get.

•At first, Archers will be like ranged Warriors, Thieves will just be going at their own little pace, Magicians will be struggling to gain MP, and Warriors will be running up and enjoying their new power.

•Warriors will have terrible accuracy later on, but when paired up with Magicians, they will be able to hit hard and increase the health of their allies. The only things that seem to change about the connections between classes other than this is that Thieves and Magicians will be begged to be partied, with the occasional asking for a Warrior in the party. Bowmen will be alone for their training most of the time, unless it is with good friends.

Tips

•In the Henesys PQ, you receive only EXP. for a reward. In the Kerning PQ, you can sell the rewards you get. In Ariant PQ you get points that you can use to purchase a Palm beach Chair that is worth 9.5 million(Windia) When you're about to get to Level 31 inside, kill yourself to lose EXP. You can now keep getting your rewards inside, as you can't PQ here anymore. Your next PQ will be Monster Carnival PQ(CPQ) but you only get experience. (but you can do Henesys PQ). This is a great maplestory mesos maker if you have patience.

•Playing with friends splits the EXP. which you desperately need, but you will find yourself having more fun. For some people, this helps them level with motivation.

•Always have potions. Watch your health at all times!

•The problem with a Warrior's Slash Blast is that is steals HP from you. Make sure you hit a larger mob and kill them, or you'll be dead very fast!

•Trade fame! It will make you be able to wear better items, and it is claimed by some that you can get better drops, although this is unproven.

•GMs are there to help you! Don't shoot them down! If you happen to see one, don't bother them. Just say "Hi" and press F2 to smile, then calmly walk away. Remember, they can hide themselves, and it is very rare for them to be seen. VERY.

•If you enjoy Maple Story a lot, get Nexon Cash. No need to worry if you have no credit card, the nearest Target or Best Buy will probably have Nexon Game Cards in $10 or $25! Good options include the VIP hair coupons and 2x EXP? If you like another game by Nexon and have bought NX Cash for one certain game, such as Audition, you may realize that the NX Cash can also be used on maple story accounts, and vice versa.

•On Maple Island, talk to EVERY NPC. The quests and info will help.

•If you want to get into a Party Quest easier, join a newer server. Or, play right after a new patch (try to begin the download as close to the upload of it as possible). Usually after a patch, there is only 5 other people in Channel 1.

Earn Maple Story Mesos Easily for Lvls 30-50

This guide will show you how to earn at least 100k or more maplestory mesos a day! For levels 30-50.

Steps

1.Get to lvl 30. Make sure you make job advancement.

2.Go to the cpq place on ch1 and say Joining pq For Coin Farm!

3.When someone invites you to their party to do Monster carnival, accept it.

4.Keep the party window open, so then you can see which channel your leader is going. If your leader changes channels, go to the channel that he is in.

5.When you start CPQing, Try to go into coin farm.

6.Kill monsters, and when they drop maple coins, get them right away!

When you have collected at least a good amount of maple coins, trade in the maple coins for the level 35 dagger, the Gephart. Each Gephart costs seven coins.

7.While Gepharts are not exactly popular weapons, they get the most bang for your buck when you resell them to NPCs (150k each).

8.Do this again over and over, until you are satisfied with your earnings. You can try to sell other items too, albeit for less of a profit if NPCed.

9.If you want to make a character that only collects money and equips, etc., you can train him to level 50 with CPQ and getting coins while you're at it, when you get to level 50, you can go suicide so you don't level to level 51, so you can do CPQ all over again, and collect as much mesos as possible.

10.(Example: You have a charachter say a mule, you train him to level 50 with a job advancement, and you only want him to collect maplestory mesos, equips, etc., when he gets to about 90%, go to somewhere perhaps Ligators if you're in kerning, or go to pixies if you're in Orbis, or go to Master Chronos if you're in Ludi etc, but make sure you have a return scroll

11.so you can get back to you're nearest town quickly. Then when your character reaches around 10 or 0%, you can start getting as many coins again. If you want to get a lot of mesos, save up about 90 coins, and exchange them -via spiegelmann- for a Spiegelmann's necklace and a Spiegelmann's marble and scroll the marble with the necklace, it should successfully be scrolled, if it didn't, I'm sorry(Lol).

12.So you have a character you don't want to level beyond lv 50, do CPQ over and over again and suicide over and over again when you reach 90%, by at least a week, you should have about 3m a week, if you play a lot and get about 21 coins a day to purchase a Gephart. Good luck getting mesos.

Tips

•You will miss pretty often, even on Teddies, if you are a warrior until around your mid-to-late 30s, normal DEX or not.

•Be grateful of the party leader. Try to listen to his/her instructions. If he/she wants coins as well, let him/her take some.

•By the time you have about 10m in total, purchase about 10 Tobi throwing stars for 1m each if you can and sell them for about 1.3m in FM. Best way is to buy a shop in the cash shop, lots of people go in FM these days and look for Tobis.

•If you have 10 sets of Tobis, sell them for about 1.3m from your maple story account and by the time you sold them all, you will have about 13m. If you keep doing this you will get ilbis in now time.

•If you are massively funded, buy about 3 sets of Ilbi throwing stars for about 15m each if you can, and sell them for about 18m. You should get a decent amount of money by the time they are sold.

•You can also try to buy a set of C-ilbis, you should try to buy them for 95m, and sell them for 99.9m.

•Hunting for stars may take a while, buy the stars with the money you made coin farming, and sell the for more than you buy. (Ex:You buy stars for 1m, sell them for about 300k more(1.3m).)

Warnings

•This may not always work. And after 10 days, you will have about some where 900k. (If you round it.)

•You can work hard to get lvl 50 stuff and sell to npcs or other people, and get even more money.

•Hunting for coins in CPQ may take a while, getting about 21 coins may take about 5 hours if you CPQ continuously. Take a break once in a while, relax for about 30 minutes or take a 15min nap maplestory mesos.

How to Get to El Nath in Maplestory

This is for all those new players in Maplestory that get up to level 35 and don't know how to get to El Nath to buy their weapons besides going to Ludi. It is also for those who need to or like to do quests or explore in El Nath. This is for those who don't want to waste time and maplestory mesos to go to Ludi and to those who want to go to El Nath.

Steps

1.Start at Victioria Island and get to Ellinia. Take the portal to the ship to orbis just below the Mage job advancement place. It will cost you money to board the ship and time.

2.Arrive at orbis, and go left in the portal to escape the ticket place. Next go to the portal directly below here. On the bottom right corner of the map. If you have like 200k to spare then try to buy 2 orbis tower scroll because it saves you a lot of time and maple story mesos. Especially, if you are weak and can't avoid monsters or those (damn) Penguins also known as Jr. Pepes (plural).

3.Go in the portal and then climb down to enter the orbis tower. Inside you have a chance to use a orbis tower scroll to get to the bottom of the tower to El Nath. But, if you don't have it continue to read just for the fun of it.

•You are currently at level 20. Your goal is to get to the 1st floor. Well, traveling down is up to your ability to avoid or fight the sentinels and penguins blah blah blah.

•When you get to the first floor go to the portal and you should be out in the cold snowy hill with deadly penguins( Stupid penguins). Go left until you get to the portal.

•When you enter the portal you are officially in ElNath. The stores are in the market zone. There is also a free Market here for your information.

Tips

•You should mostly bring your Fire/Poison Wizzard or Hermit to El Nath because they are are far ranged damage and do best on Ice monsters.

•Try going to Zakum if you are level 50 and over.

Warnings

•Remember to bring pots with you on your excursion through the tower of El Nath if you are lvl 30 or a mage or something.

•If you are low level don't be stupid to try and enjoy your your view outside the ship to or from orbis to watch the jr Barlogs.

•Remember not to stay too long outside the El Nath air because it will slowly deplete away your hp.

•Watch for your hp!

Be a Great Assass in Maple Story

This is how you'll be a great assassin in maple story

Steps

1.Create your character and pass the maple island without being killed, only that proves that you arent bad.

2.Go to Olaf in the first city and talk to him to get EXP, Notice that you shouldnt pass lvl 10 inside or outside the Maple Island nor in Victoria Island, cuz you would get the skills and abbilitys wrong.

3.Go to Kerning City and enter the Bar, go down and you will find the Master of Thiefs, talk to him and become a rogue

4.Woot!! you got a job now!!! put every of your abilitys in LUCK and every Skills in LUCKY SEVEN

5.Now you'll need some decent stars/shurikens/kunais, try going to an equipment shop and buy a set of Shurikens

6.Good now you'll be ready to take out some mobs (monsters)

7.Go to Ellinia and wonder around...I sugest , for lvl-15, that you should keep yourself in the tree first roads near ellinia, dont go further, or you'll get hurt.

8.When you reach lvl 15 you'll need new weapons and equips... Try getting some mithril, gold or steel titans from free market or simply by talking to other sins

9.Now keep killing and have fun

10.REMEMBER THAT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS KEEP LUCK WITH 15 MORE POINTS THAN DEX OR YOULL END BEING DEXLESS WICH IS DAMN NOT GOOD!!! AT LEAST I THINK SO.../EX: LUCK 35 DEX: 20 / LUCK: 75 DEX: 60 GOOD LUCK MAPLERS AND HAVE FUN

Tips

•You can also buy some throw items in free market but you need to have at least 1 M = 1000 k = 1000000 mesos. (its a lot right?)

•Throw Items existent: Suby (attck 15) , Wolbi/snowball ( attck 17) , Wooden Top/Mokbi ( attck 19), Mikan/Paper Airplane ( attck 20), Icicles/MapleStars/Kumbi ( attck 21), Tobi ( attck 23), Steely ( attck 25), Ilbi/Hwabi ( attck 27), Cristal Ilbi GMS ONLY( attck 29), Balanced Fury GMS ONLY ( attck 30)

•Notice that regular players wont ask for little in free market. They will allways extend the maplestory mesos to a 2x than what is worth it .

Level Up Faster on Maplestory

Maple Story is very hard when it comes time to Leveling up to some people (Unless you play private server). This will show you how to be more of a mapler from being high maple story levels!

Steps

1.Be Patient: The more you are impatient, they are more likely to have stress, and with stress you are leveling slower than you are supposed to.

2.Jobs: Pick a job that has mob skills during 1st Adv, or/and 2nd Adv.

3.They are For example: Warrior(Slash Blast), Lightning wizard(use of lighting and get your ice later on because you will get it fast enough), Hunter (Bomb arrow).

4.Monsters: Go to places where you can kill in 1-2 hit KO (Knock Out) and is not a lot for Potions.

5.Equipments: Get your equipment every 10 Levels after(not 5).

6.Money: Buy at least 500k(minimum) worth of both HP/MP Potions. Why? Do the Math. 500k spent, benefit from spending and killing equals to more than 1Mill, So if you spend 5Mill on Potions, you Have a Benefit to come to 7mil or even 20Mil(This all depends on where you are killing everything whether 5 hit KO or 1 Hit KO).

7.Will(A Very, Very, Very, Hard Thing that makes people Noob, or Makes them the very Professional Player): Make a will. You have to get to the Level you want, so if you want to get to Level 50 and you are Level 30, so then keep training and not stop, and the will is: If you stop you will have to drop 1/4 of your money or 1/2 of you money in town and a lot of people are on the channel.

Tips

• Spend a lot of maplestory mesos on the Potions, the benefits can be sky high/or as low as nothing and even less.

• Try getting Fame when you are at level 70+ because you get your 3rd job Adv, you become lazy for some time, but you have a lot of cash on you, then you can spend it on Buying Fame.

• Make a very expensive will, or you will be still happy of what you have then you won't try to level up, and slack off.

Warnings

• Play Maple Story for short times because it has a lot of colors, and that is Super bad for your eyes.

• Don't Play Maple story if you are 20+ year old, you can but don't tell anyone because everyone knows Maple Story is suppose to be like a 10 Year old game by how it has a lot of colors.

• Hacking is Bad. Don't use it. Can cause a lot of virus on your computer, and can get you caught up in Jail for at least 3 Years(Check on Wikipedia if you need more information).

Maplestory Tips for Hunter

There are some tips for hunter. If you have just started playing a hunter in maplestory mesos, then this is the portion you should read.

1.When starting out, do both quests at maple island to save mesos on equipment.

2. At levels 1-10 ,pump your strength to 15 as fast as possible then pump everything to dexterity. Resume to the appropriate way of distributing your stats in all levels after 10.

3. I would recommend using a bow at lv 18 because slime tree does not require bow attacks and its good to save maple story mesos instead of buying arrows.

4. There are many nice people in maple story, if your lacking arrows be nice and request some from people. They might give you some for free or half the price.

5. When your powerful enough to kill pigs, dont spend mesos on your arrows. Collect stiff feathers and buy processed wood and make yourself 20,000 arrows. Thats sure to last some levels.

6. Dont disgrace the job. Archers are known to be friendly helpful people that dont ks.Dont put in a bad name for all of us.

7.Archers can solo well. Asking for people for help to level or maple stroy mesos isnt that much of a benefit.

8. Save every penny and buy things at good deals. Making an archer your first character can be hard in terms of training and maplestory mesos.

9.Going FA-less is a challenge. You will be spending more than usual on pots and people will be levelling faster with FA.Get used to it. I on the other hand , like watching movies going to malls and other stuff so i dont really care if my friends get higher levels and stuff. They all respect that i went fa-less and know that it is a lot harder.

Good training areas for archer

This is a guide for good training areas for levels ranging from 10 through 50.If you have just started playing a archer in Maplestory, then this is the portion you should read.

Level 10

At this level leveling is very easy until level 20. You should train on slimes, and orange mushrooms, although red and blue snails at this leevl are still benefitial during training. A map withfast respawn and is usually quiet is Henesys Hunting Grounds II and Hunting Grounds III. Also an advantage to this map is that there are many sniper platforms on the left side, and Henesys is also nearby, a good place where you can repot.

Level 15

The Kerning City Construction site is a good option for levels 15-19. There is fast respawn and there are also good monsters for training there. Blue snails are optional at this level, but the stumps and orange mushrooms are the main training focus here. You can also train on the octopus which give good experience and you also need octopus legs for many quests.

Level 20-25

Kerning City Pqing is a very good option at level 21, although you may just waste your time if you miss pqes. Also, at the lower levels (21-24) people don't usually pick you for a Pq. Another good place to train is the Pig Beach. A precaution there is extremely fast respawn and the pigs may mob archers. Another thing to be careful about is the random spawning Iron Hog which will probably kill you. If you happen to find one just change channel. Another good option for levels 20-25 is the Ellinia tree dungeons. Horned Mushrooms drop pretty good maple stroy mesos and the the Green and Horned Mushrooms will both give you good experience. You will also get a chance to get a pan lid which for archers is worthless, so you can sell it for extra mesos. A good place with exotic kinds of mushrooms are the Mushroom Park in Zipangu, which are a great option at this level since you should be OHKO (One Hit Knock Out) the mushrooms.

Level 25-30The second job advancement is getting closer all the time! If you are in need of maplestory mesos, a good option is the orbis towers fighting jr.sentinels. They drop good maplestroy mesos and you can also get bronze arrows from them. One of the best area is the Ant Tunnel. With extremely fast respawn and good experience, you can level up fast. Also, during the Mapel Birthday event, simply training there can gain you a Maple Hat or a Maple Dragon Axe. The Ellinia Tree Dungeons and the Mushroom park in Zipangu are stilll a good option. By these levels people should be scrambling for you in Kpq's so joining a pq is a good option, altough you are still wasting your time if you miss.

How To Train 3x Faster With No Delay

1. Create a macro skill with the combination of your selected "No Delay" skill.

2.Now press on your new macro skill once. Notice how it wastes 3x as much mp needed for the skill.

Examples: Imagine that you are a brawler. Your "No Delay" skill is Somersault Kick. When you click on Somersault Kick, you notice that your MP lowers by a limited amount. As you create your new Macro Skill with the combination of Somersault Kicks, notice how your MP lowers by 3x when you click on it once. So on regular base training, using your new macro skill with 3x of a certain skill will enhance your training by "THREE TIMES" !

1. Log on MapleStory

2. Click "K"

3. Look for "Macro Skill" in your Skills List (Located on the bottom right corner"

4. Press on "Macro Skill"

5. Choose any skill and drag it into the spaces provided.

6. Once you're done, click "Create Skill"

7. That is a new skill now, so drag your new created skill to your keyboard setting.

8. Use your new Macro Skill

Stage Guide in MapleStory

This guide is from an assassin's point of view, and is how to do pq with an assassin. By the way in this maplestory mesos guide, suppose you are the only thief here so no fighting for spots.

First of all, use whatever haste you have in MapleStory , booster, and a warrior pill. Now go up the tower. Kill these ratz and dirty ratz around you. You will notice, they are stronger, have more hp, and give more exp. Once all the enemies are dead, all the party members should give all the passes to the leader. Then arrange who will go to the next stage first to to tower's trap. Let's say this time, you and some guy are selected to go.

The Monster information as follows:

1. Ratz from another dimension

- Level:32

- Experience:260

- HP:3,700

- Accuracy:80

- Avoidability:13

- Weapon Attack:112

- Weapon Defense:85

- Magic Defense:95

2. Dirty ratz from another dimension

- Level:34 (Maplestory Powerleveling)

- Experience:280

- HP:4,300

- Accuracy:90

- Avoidability:14

- Weapon Attack:125

- Weapon Defense:95

- Magic Defense:95

Making MapleStory Mesos by hunting

Hello, MapleStory players, this short is found from the site, hope it is informative for you, here we go !

As you have to kill acually, this way is harder than merchandising! This part is more about saving mesos than earning them ! In order to save maplestory mesos, you should fight monsters that you can kill in 1-2 hits consecutivel. That means you always 1-2 hit the monster and not 3, because that would be a waste of pots and time.

Of course, you could use your mana wisely. If a monster takes you 1 maxed Magic Claw to kill (20MP) and you can consistantly kill the monster with 3 minimum lvled energy bolts, (6MP) and that is 20 mana versus 18 mana. That way, you are conserving 2 mana! Even if you think 2 mana is nothing, wait till you hear this! You regenerate mana every 10 seconds and let's say you cast a spell every second.

In 10 seconds, that's 20 mana! Wasted! If you regenerate 40 mana each time, you will only heal 20 instead! And let's not forget about Magic Guard. But if you cast 3 seperate spells, that will take up 3 seconds to cast and and you will cast 3 spells in the 10 seconds and 6 x 10 is 60MP and 20 x 10 is 200MP. In this way you kill less enemies, but the good news is you could save a lot more maple story mesos XD !

Also, It will have the most expensive NPC drop if you hunt for monsters, because you want to spend too much time advertising to sell stuff.

Bowman Class Description

Bowmaster

Marksman

The Archer class is very versatile yet balanced. Bowmen use a Bow while the Crossbowmen class uses a Crossbow.

Until fourth job, both classes are extremely similar, the only difference being that Crossbowmen fire slightly stronger shots, and Bowmen fire slightly faster shots. During fourth job, both are widely accepted into bossing parties because they have Sharp Eyes, a party skill that gives every class a chance to perform critical hits, and greatly enhances any class's current critical hit potential. Both classes also gain an advanced version of Mastery, that gives them extremely stable damage ranges.

In fourth job, Bowmasters (nickname: BM) are able to use Hurricane, one of the fastest firing attacks in the game, making them extremely efficient at Boss runs (even soloing) as well as training. The main downside to Bowmasters is their inability to effectively kill large mobs, and their naturally low HP.

Marksmen (nickname: MM) have slower attack speed, but are given two devastatingly powerful attacks to balance things out. The first of these skills, Pierce, is one of the strongest mob attacks in the game. The other skill is Snipe, a high damage single target attack which is incredibly strong but very slow.

Both paths of Archer maplestory mesos tend to suffer from average HP and Crossbowmen have slightly slower attack speed.

Archer Skill Build Guide--First Job Skill Builds

Standard 1st Job Build

Level 10 - 1 Arrow Blow

Level 11 - 3 Blessing of Amazon

Level 12 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 13 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 14 - 2 Eye of Amazon,1 Critical Shot

Level 15~20 - 3 Crit

Level 21 - 1 Crit,2 Double Shot

Level 22~27 - 3 DS

Level 28~30- 3 Blessing of Amazon /Focus (Arrow Blow is possible, but not recommended since you already have maxed DS)

End Results:

Max Double Shot

Max Eye of the Amazon

Max Critical Shot

3 (or 12) Blessing of Amazon

0 (or 9) Focus

1 Arrow Blow

Explanation of Build:

This build is most recommended due to the fact that it takes the cost of arrows and pots into consideration at the beginning of the build to avoid wasting money. The build also utilizes Double Shot, which has the potential to out damage Arrow Blow.

A player that chooses to go with Focus at the end, most likely prefers to utilize the power of the skills?ability to increase accuracy and avoid simultaneously. An advantage of having Focus at a decent level is that it can potentially increase the possibility of a player receiving a MISS from a monster’s touch or attack. The disadvantage to Focus is that it requires the use of MP and must be recast over time.

Those who prefer to have passive accuracy will put their remaining points into Blessing of the Amazon. The Bowman will be able to hit certain monsters at an earlier level, and unlike Focus will not have to recast or waste MP due to its passiveness. The disadvantage to this build is that archers already have a decent amount of accuracy and extra may not be all that necessary. It will also lack the extra avoid that Focus would give.

Arrow Blow Build

Level 10 - 1 Arrow Blow

Level 11 - 3 Blessing of Amazon

Level 12 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 13 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 14 - 2 Eye of Amazon, 1 Critical Shot

Level 15~20 - 3 Crit

Level 21 - 1 Crit 2 Arrow Blow

Level 22~26 - 3 AB

Level 27 - 2 AB 1 Blessing /Focus (DS is possible, but not recommended since you have maxed AB)

Level 28~30 - 3 Blessing/Focus

End Results:

Max Arrow Blow

Max Eye of the Amazon

Max Critical Shot

3 (or 13) Blessing of Amazon

0 (or 10) Focus

Explanation of Build:

This build is for Bowmen who prefer the ability of Knock back, or KB (not to be confused with PKB). Since Arrow Blow does a great deal of damage on one blow, it has a greater potential than DS to KB a monster, making it flinch and become unable to attack or move for a short period of time. Against mobile monsters and bosses such as Mushmom and Alishar, the numbers of attacks the boss or monster will attempt to deliver to the person using this skill build will most likely decrease due to KB. Arrow Blow can also keep monsters and bosses at a distance from the Bowman. Although 2 less MP per fire compared to DS is not a big difference, over time an Arrow Blow Archer may save money on pots.

The disadvantage to this build is that DS has the potential to be stronger than Arrow Blow due to the activation of Critical Shot on each arrow of DS. A person who decides to go Arrow Blow should attempt to have above average equips to compensate for the damage difference and still stay on par damage-wise with OTHER average DS archers.

(In regards to whether or not to put the remaining points into Focus or Blessing of the Amazon; see Standard 1st Job Build)

Note: Currently level 19 Arrow Blow does more damage than level 20 Arrow Blow. It is recommended you leave Arrow Blow at level 19.

Slightly Funded Power Build

Level 10 - 1 Arrow Blow

Level 11 - 1 Double Shot, 2 Critical Shot

Level 12~17 - 3 Crit

Level 18 - 3 Blessing of Amazon

Level 19 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 20 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 21 - 2 Eye of Amazon, 1 Double Shot

Level 22~27 - 3 DS

Level 28~30 - 3 Blessing/Focus

End Results:

Max Eye of Amazon

Max Critical Shot

Max Double Shot

3 (or 12) Blessing of Amazon

0 (or 9) Focus

1 Arrow Blow

Explanation of Build:

The Slightly Funded Build is for people that can easily give/obtain pots, arrows and etc. Basically, anyone who is making a new character that is not starting in a new server could use this type of build since they have the money to spend by following this build.

The end result is identical to the Standard 1st Job Build. However, the order in which you get the skills is different. If you use this build, you will be able to use DS immediately, and along with Critical Shot, the player will have extra power early. But in order for it to work correctly, you will need to be able to supply the new character with potions and arrows, making this build difficult to use for a character on a new server.

DS Before Critical Build

Level 10 - 1 Arrow Blow

Level 11 - 3 Blessing of Amazon

Level 12 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 13 - 3 Eye of Amazon

Level 14 - 2 Eye of Amazon, 1 Double Shot

Level 15~20 - 3 DS

Level 21 - 1 DS, 2 Critical Shot

Level 22~27 - 3 Crit

Level 28~30 - 3 Blessing/Focus

End Results:

Max Eye of Amazon

Max Critical Shot

Max Double Shot

3 (or 12) Blessing of Amazon

0 (or 9) Focus

1 Arrow Blow

Explanation of Build:
This build is exactly the same as the Standard 1st Job Build, except Critical and DS are reversed. It is founded on the idea that Critical's effects are greatly diminished without Double Shot, because the chances of activating Crit when attacking twice (and with improved attack) are higher. Shooting two arrows without Critical is better than shooting single arrows with Critical. DS can be used well without Crit, while Crit isn't that good without DS.

However, as with the Slightly Funded Build, you will need to provide for MP potions.

But also,You could buy maplestory mesos and maplestory account for your characters from MMONICE, just have a try!

MapleStory Guide for choose party members

If you are leader then this introduce will good for you, it is about what kind of members you would want to in MapleStory, take a minute to have a look please !

1. Warriors - It is discouaged to get Warriors of any level in the game, but if have to get one, then make sure he/ she is at least level 26. Any Warriors below that level tend to be extremely weak and useless in the PQ in the 1st stage and the last stage.

2. Magicians - Of course in party quest Magicians are extremely helpful. Any level Magician is good for party quest , but try to get a level 23+ since they have a decent level of Magic Guard.

3. Bowmen - At the lower levels Bowmen tend to be extremely weak. Try to make sure he/ she is at least level 25 (MapleStory powerleveling) if you would like to get one. Even then, Bowmen are not much of a help in the slaying of King Slime.

4. Throwing Star Thieves - It is nice. Second in usefulness only to Magicians. Get them if they're level 24+.

5. Dagger Thieves - Even though warriors of the same level can do more damage, to be honest it is not bad, since Warriors have low accuracy and therefore do 1's on monsters in the PQ a lot, or just often miss. So they're okay, and get them if they're level 25+.

In addition, I got this message from other site just want to give you some help in the game, hope you enjoy it, and we also serve maplestory mesos, after you place orders you will get it within 5--30 minutes.

Best regards!

Maplestory Dragon Knight: Dragon Blood vs Warrior Elixers

As a Maplestory player, you need some game maplestory mesos guides to enhance your character's skills. So i collect lots of MMORPG guides from network. Of course, you can post your guides or tips at our website.

The choice of of whether maxing Dragon Blood has always been a great controversy.

However, this section is dedicated in explaining the Pros and Cons of Dragon Blood, and whether it is an applicable choice for each build.Something that everybody should remember is that Beholder's Buff does NOT stack with Dragon Blood!

Dragon Blood

Level 20: MP -24 HP -20 every 4 seconds; Attack +12 for 160 seconds

Warrior Elixers

5000 meso each; Attack +12 for 480 seconds

First of all, I'd like to point out that the HP drain is very negligible. Seeing as how we're all Dragon Knights who receive thousands of damage, what's the matter with only losing 800?

Next, going with Dragon Blood instead of Warrior Elixers will save you mesos, but not to the point where it'll be noticable in the short run.

As said before:

Anoymonous said: "If you can't afford Warrior Elixers, you've got a bigger problem."

For 1 Warrior Elixer, it is equal to casting Dragon Blood 3 times.

5K for 8 minutes vs. -172 MP -2.4K HP from Dragon Blood.

Obviously, you would heal much more than just 2.4K HP with a single honster, which costs 2.8K meso.

Now for the psychological aspect:

Warrior Elixers have many positives consisting of; Used as a time measurement of a training spot, Cannot be dispelled, Lasts full 8 minutes before needing to be re-cast, and saves you 20 SP

Dragon Blood on the other hand, have positives which are listed as: Saves Use slot, Saves some money, Unlimited re-use, Saves your a trip to NLC to repot. ( The last one can be disregarded, seeing as how you'll have to go to NLC for Honsters and Supreme Pizzas anyways. )

Finally, the effect it would have on builds.

Pure Spear users are most likely out of all the ones listed above, to go with Dragon Blood, seeing as there are no other skills that are more important.

Pure Polearms come as second, but would need to sacrifice SP from Polearm Crusher.

Hybrids would be MUCH better off not getting Dragon Blood at all in my opinion. A couple problems will come up from choosing to max Dragon Blood:

-No Spear Fury for mobbing

-Lower level Sacrifice

So at the end of the day, the choice whether to max Dragon Blood draws from your Build and personal preferences maplestory mesos.

Maplestory Bowman Stats points allocation Guide

Before you start Maplestory, you should know how to allot your character's stats points. Here is a Maplestory Bowman Stats points allocation maple story Guide i collect from other site. Hope it is useful for your Maplestory adventure.

As an archer, you will only need STR and DEX. You shouldn’t ever put points in any of the other categories. You should also try to roll a 4 INT and 4 LUK build when you create your character. If you don't want to waste 15+ minutes, you can also try to get a 4/5 or a 5/5.

You should always have 5 more STR than your level since you want to be a hunter. For a crossbowman, you will need as much strength as your level. Example:

Level 35 hunter should have 40 STR.

Level 35 crossbowman should have 35 STR.

This is because of the strength requirement on bows/crossbows and other pieces of equipment. Put ALL the remaining points in your DEX. Dexterity is what will affect your damage. Higher is your DEX, higher is your damage.

What you need to know:

STR = your level +5 (hunter)

DEX = every remaining points

Level - STR

10 15

15 20

20 25

25 30

30 35

35 40

40 45

45 -- (No new equipment)

50 55

55 -- (No new equipment)

60 65

65 70

70 75

80 85

Every other point should be in DEX.

I would put the 5/10 points in STR at the level you need it. For example,

If you need 20 STR at level 15, I would put the 5 points in STR all in one shot, at level 15. If you don't, you will do a little less damage from level 11 to 15. Even though level 80, 90, 100 equipments may not be out in your version yet, they probably will someday. We know already there are level 100 equipments in some versions.

That's all. More maplestory mesos guides will come soon.

Leveling guide skills in MapleStory

There are some level guides in MapleStory that I found from other maplestory mesos site.Hope it helps you more or less.

That as follows:

-Level(10-15)- Look at those slimes, they're so overjoyed, they're bouncing with happiness!Well, that can't be right,so let's terminate their happiness with your speedy knife of death, and the best place to do so is the Slime Tree.Which is located 2 portals west of Ellinia, and it's the farthest tree on the west side.Spamming Double Stab is not suggested here since it won't be necessary, unless you feel like throwing money into the wind or something.Henesys Party Quest is a good option.

-Level(16-19)- All rich bandits can now unleash instant death upon pigs now,so go do so at Pig Beach. While their poorer brethren can also train there, you won't make much profit,so stay at slimes.Mushroom Garden is also a very good training area. You can also train at HPQ which gives 1.6k exp per game for an easier time.

-Level(20-24)- Now,all rich ,poor or bandits, can enjoy the shower of sun rays at Pig Beach also you can start party questing at kerning, but I suggest not to start that until around level 24.Double Stab spamming bandits will find their 1 hit KO rate much higher with a better weapon.Poorer bandits will have to rely on what they find for a while. If you want to KPQ then you should go around level 25 if you want some good damage or a little earlier if you're funded. Also,if you can 2 hit KO a Horny Mushroom, training in the dungeon will be fast exp if you can find an unpopulated area.

-Level(25-29)- At this point, all bandits should have maxed Double Stab.If you want you can start party questing in kerning,as you are level 24 which is a good level for party quest in kerning.Or if your wallet is happy enough,go murder green mushrooms with Double Stab, and pray to Maple God a pan lid drops. If your wallet is mad at you, either ignore it partially and go normal attack frenzy with Green Mushrooms,or treat it with a few days at Jr Sentinels, which will surely make it happy. If want to burn pots go to the mini-dungeon in Ant Tunnel II where you will find the exp is great.

Thanks for reading.Have a good time in Maplestory.

Thank you for reading, if you want to get the maplestory mesos service for your character to level faster, you can contact with our customer sevice. Have fun in MapleStory.

Making Mesos in Maplestory

In Maplestory, there are many different ways you can make maplestory mesos for yourself. The best way, however, is Merchanting.

Merchanting requires a lot of skill and patience. You must keep up to date with the latest prices for your merchandise and it is recommended that you have you own store to set up in the free market (fm), which costs 1.8k NX points ($1.80 US). You must also have some money to start your business.

Merchanting is a full time job, however, and will steal time from your training sessions. It requires dedication and hard work to be successful, but is worthwhile in the end.

To start merchanting, it is recommended you first buy a 'Store Permit' from the Cash shop in-game and have 1 million mesos+ on hand already. Next, choose the item/group of items that you want to sell and learn their average price (you can do this by going to basilmarket.com and finding the item in an auction). Proceed to finding merchandise that match what you are searching for and are less than the average price. You have to decide how much you want to buy as well. It is not recommended for you to buy as much as you possibly can with all your money, however, because if the value of your item(s) goes down, then you will lose maple story mesos. You may even go bankrupt. Set a set amount of money on the side in your storage as your savings just in case something does happen.

Next after you buy your merchandise, the next thing you must do is sell it. It is helpful if you write down how much you buy and sell an item for in a spreadsheet or list of some kind. Make sure you sell your merchandise for MORE than what you bought it for, this is key to a successful business and is common sense for anyone looking to make maplestory mesos. You can do this either by setting up your store if you have one, or spamming your "S>" followed by the item you're selling in the channel 1 free market entrance. This area is usually quite occupied by many people trying to sell their own things so your computer must be able to stand the lag created by the many people("Lag" is the decline in computer speed). Be sure to take into account the in-game tax that is charged with each transaction. You can find the rates in the trade screen in-game.

Once you sell all your merchandise, it is probably a good idea that you get your spreadsheet (if you made one), tally all your costs and profits, and look at the Maplestory website to see any upcoming events. It will probably help you later if you do, but if not, you can go right back to buying your merchandise again. Buying low and selling high, it is what merchanting revolves around.

While you are buying and selling all of your merchandise, you should take some time to watch the prices. If you see prices dropping after you bought your merchandise, you must make a choice. Sell all your merchandise as soon as you can, or wait till prices go back up.

Sometimes, the prices will recover quickly, and in that case, it would be better to hold on to your merchandise and sell it later. Other times, the prices will go down and keep dropping. In that case, it is best for you to sell your merchandise ASAP. This way, you have the least amount of deficit. Whichever way, it is just part of predicting item prices. If you are good at it, you will be able to foresee the prices and make the right choice. It is best to do so anyways.

Merchanting takes a lot of time and patience. It takes quite a bit of skill as well. Remember, it is not as easy as it seems, but if you follow these tips, you will no doubt be successful later. 1) Know what you want to merchant and focus mainly on that. 2) Make a spreadsheet for your sales, it helps you organize. 3) Watch the prices and plan 5 steps ahead (predict the prices). 4) Make friends with other merchants. There are different kinds of merchants, so you don't need to befriend rival sellers. They can help you.

There is one more point I have to make. The first one is to watch, merchants are not often liked by the general public, so they tend to get a lot of defame. To avoid this, you should create a fm mule, a maplestory account (usually low leveled) that is used primarily for merchanting. That way, you don't fill up your main character's inventory with your merchandise and get him/her lots of defame. With that said, good luck with your business, and remember: Riches don't come instantly, but rather with perseverance and hard work.

Dragon Blood on the other hand, have positives which are listed as: Saves Use slot, Saves some maplestory mesos, Unlimited re-use, Saves your a trip to NLC to repot.

So at the end of the day, the choice whether to max Dragon Blood draws from your Build and personal preferences.

Maplestory Bowman Stats points allocation Guide

Before you start Maplestory, you should know how to allot your character's stats points. Here is a Maplestory Bowman Stats points allocation Guide i collect from other site.

DEX = every remaining points
Level - STR
10 15
15 20
20 25
25 30
30 35
35 40

Welcome to maplestory gamerluck.com,guys!There are some level guides in MapleStory that I found from other site.Hope it helps you more or less.

MapleStory Party Quest Tricks

In MapleStory here are a few tricks you can try if you find it difficult to get into a Kerning party quest that came from other site.

When getting to the stage with cats or barrels, stop guessing combinations and approach it the logical way. Each platform or barrel is labeled in some way. This is a simple formula to try out all combinations.

Use the following trick when tracking a party in the same channel with other parties doing the same and competing to see who gets in first. There should be a command called "NPC Chat".Check to see which key it is assigned to by accessing the "Key Configuration".Get the party leader near Lakelis and hold the "NPC CHAT" key.The game will automatically and constantly click and unclick Lakelis until the PQ is empty. This trick works if you are in a rush to talk to any NPC.

CC and try Channel 1. Most people think it is full and do not try. However most of the time it is empty.

For instance, get one on any with a cat on it,and get two other party members on different platforms. If the combination is wrong, only the third person should move and go to another platform other than ones he or she has been on previously. When this is all done, tell the third person to go back to the first platform they were on,and the second person to do the same thing as the third person did.If all these combinations are still wrong, have the second person to go back to where they were in the first place, and have the first person to do what the second and third people did.If this is still wrong, then alternate the first and second person's "starting" platform.Keep doing this until you get the correct combination.

For instance, have the three party members get on barrel 1-2-3.Have the person on barrel 3 move to barrel 4,then 5,then 6.Have them go back to barrel 3 and have the person on barrel 2 move to barrels 4,5,and 6.If this does not work, have the people that were originally on barrels 2 and 3 go to barrels 4 and 5.The person on barrel 1 and barrel 4 will still stay while the person on barrel 5 will goes to barrel 6.If this still does not work, have the party members in this position:barrels 1,5,and 6.If still incorrect, have the original people that were on barrels 2 and 3 go back to their starting barrels, and the person on barrel 1 go to barrels 4,5,and 6.If this still does not work, then continue guessing, because that should have covered all possible combinations.

Getting in the OPQ in MapleStory

In order to get in the Orbis Rush Party, you will need to be in a channel where nobody is in the party quest. Only one party can be in the OPQ. Well, if this is true, let the leader of your party click on Wonky, and choose 'Apply for entrance'.

In MapleStory you and your party will go in if nobody else is in. If there are all jobs for example Thief, Magician, Bowman, Warrior in your party, you will get Wonky's Blessing, this can give you a bonus of attack, avoidability, accuracy, and more things like this. It doesn't really matter in Rush Orbis Rush Party, because you don't need to kill monsters.

I got this information from site, and put it here, just want to it could help more players in the game, and if you have suggestions or advice, you can post it to our comment. Thanks a lot.

Ice and Lightning Wizard Guide in Maplestory

In Maplestory, you may meet some difficulty. You may don't know how to do. I find this Maplestory guide from web site. Want to hlep some game players, so i post it here. Hope it can help some people.
Introduction

To start things off?Kthis guide is for those that want to make a mage, specifically an ice/ lightning mage, so if you want to make a fire/poison, or a cleric, read another guide or read the beginning.

My name is Ricky, I've been playing GMS since the beta times and I just wanted to share my advice with you guys. I had a main, level 112, an ice and lightning mage, and for some reason I couldn't get back on?KI think it was patched over ._.". I quit for sometime then went back to Maple because I was bored. I created a new character in Windia, then moved to Mardia with friends. My current "main" is a 63 cleric called oi0cleric0io, and I'm working on a lukless lightning mage, 0i0i0. This is going to be my main. I also have a guild called DiamondDust. If anyone would like to join, please contact Lucario2k8, AngelRikaria, oi0Cleric0io, 0i0i0, or BahamutZ3eo.

~side note~
My builds are a bit unorthodox, but it really works, I make mages, not other characters, just mages. So you following this guide will save you time and money. The builds will end up the same as others, don't worry, it just that some skills, in my opinion, have more importance than others. It's really your
choice to follow, but it is the easiest way you can do it, I find. Look up the skill descriptions on hidden-street.net if you need them explained.

Pros and Cons of a Magician

1st job

Pros:
Fast leveling from level 15-30
Can be considered "cheap"
Easy to play when you max your main attack

Cons:
They tend to "KS" (kill steal)
They get weaker compared to others as they level up
There are MANY mages in Maple Story
Equips are expensive as you go along

2nd and 3rd job (ice and lightning)

Pros:
Wanted in party quests because of freeze
Fun to play, don't get as boring
The earliest class that has a cloud coverage mob attack at second job
Easy to play when you max your main attack
Fast leveling from level 40-50 (especially when you max lightning first)
The only class that can freeze
3rd job is really fun

Cons:
Lightning is the most expensive in terms of mp, but I will explain later They tend to KS more
Lighting (2nd job) is weak compared to other skills, but I will explain later

1st Job

So you start you "maple life" as a beginner, one who has much potential. But before you begin there is a dice roll. It's not too late to redo your stats. Leveling from 1-8 maybe "hell" but I'll assure you that being a mage is defiantly NOT BAD!

Every level you get 5 AP (ability points, use these to increase int and luk) and 3 SP (skill points, use these wisely, or you need to get sp reset, which costs real money to change and it really isn't worth it. Do it right the first time.)

Every level you have to make sure that luk is 3 more than your level. And int is dumped to int, NOT str, NOT dex.

~side note~
Okay?Kso being level 1 sucks?KA LOT. Yes I do admit that, but doing damage by adding into str really is not advisable. So I think you should do all the quests on maple island, they have good rewards and great exp. But if you really don't want to and you finished all the quests, train on green snails?Keyes, the green ones. Don't kill the other monsters, you will only be doing 1-3 dmg to them, so by the time you kill a red snail (8exp) it could've taken you the same amount of time killing five green snails (10exp). This concept is applied to later levels, the most advisable way to train is to kill something that can be killed in 1 or 2 hits.

You want your stats too look like this: *to re-roll click on the dice, you need to have these stats because otherwise you wont do as much damage compared to other mages, and this is IMPORTANT! mages aren't good in damage in later levels so you want to do as much as possible. IT'S NOT TOO LATE*

Str: 4/5
Dex: 4/5
Int: any
Luk: any

~side note~
Int (intelligence) determines the attacking capabilities of a magician, being a magician, you will do less damage compared to other characters in the later levels. So you need to make sure your int is well added on.

Luk (luck) allows you to wear mage gear. Early in the game the clothes look a Tad bit odd, but they soon look better, in my opinion. It also lowers the percentage lost when you die. Did you know it also increases the damage of your spells too? But it's only a little bit?K

Skill Build:
8: +1 energy bolt
9: +3 mp recovery
10: +2 mp recovery, +1 mp max
11: +3 mp max
12: +3 mp max
13: +3 mp max
14: +3 magic claw
15: +3 mp recovery
16: +3 magic claw
17: +3 mp recovery
18: +3 magic claw
19: +1 magic claw
20: +3 mp recovery
21: +3 mp recovery
22: +2 mp recovery, +1 magic claw
23: +3 magic claw
24: +3 magic claw
25: +3 magic claw
26: +3 magic guard
27: +3 magic guard
28: +3 magic guard
29: +3 magic guard
30: +3 magic guard

~side note~
The reason why you only put 5 in MP Recovery first is because it is important, but not as important as maxing your mp, a magician without mp is like warrior without hp. Mages need mp to survive and cast spells.

This 1st Job guide maybe the most unorthodox one you have ever seen. Yes it is but IT REALLY WORKS! If it doesn??t work well, please contact me.

To clarify some stuff?KI will write this?K

Magic Claw over Magic Bolt:
Magic claw has more stable damage, even though it only hits 40, which is only 15 power lower, it hits TWO times. Rather than a huge hit and a weak hit after, magic claw is more reliable and it goes through walls, while bolt doesn't.

Magic Guard over Magic Armor:
Magic guard is percentage based, that means that you are taking damage that is relevant to the damage. For example if a monster deals 1000 dmg to you, magic guard at maxed level blocks 80% of the damage dealt to you, and so you take only 200 damage and 800 damage to your mp. Being a mage, you have a massive amount of mp and really crappy hp, so maxing this out is a life saver. If you max magic armor, you are screwing yourself over because it only gives you 20 magic defense, which might seem a lot, but as you level more, that 20 defense isn't going to help. For example you have 300 hp and you are dealt 400 damage, it only deals 380 damage to you, but you would've been dead. Also magic armor only gives weapon defense, when you are fighting master chronos or anything that can shoot from far away, it deals regular damage to you, the attack doesn't gets reduced and so you will die faster then a one who has magic guard.

Where to train:
1-8: maple island quests (DO THEM! Good items and drops), green snails 8-18: snails, slimes (why stick to slimes? It??s because it only takes you 1-2 casts to kill a slime, rather than 3 casts to kill an orange mushroom, more exp this way)
19-21: orange mushroom, pigs
21-30: Ariant Party Quest (PQ) or Kerning PQ (FASTEST EXP POSSIBLE), or Ant Tunnel

Don??t know what armor to wear? It??s simple! Find them in shops. At this level, You don??t need to worry about hunting or armor. If you get something rare, Keep it to yourself or sell it!

2nd Job

CONGRATS! LEVEL 30, I presume. Being level 30, you need to go back to Ellenia. Remember Grendel the Really Old? Go up Ellenia and talk to him. He tells you How strong you've become and asks you to take the letter of recommendation to the 2nd job instructor. Go on the top left portal, where you see slimes and on the top, tree stumps. Go to the next portal on the left and keep on going left, portal after portal, until you see Fanzy the cat. When you see Fanzy, go up, ALL THE WAY ON TOP. Climb trees, jump, etc?K and you will see the 2nd job instructor. Click him and he will tell you that you need to collect 30 marbles. Hunt the monsters in the place he teleports you into. You will not get exp from them. And remember to bring plenty or potions. You can't get out to re-stock, or you need to start all over again. The marbles drop 1/3 times, so I don't think getting them is a problem. After you get 30, talk to the instructor and you will be teleported out and given the proof of hero. Go back and give it to Grendel. Now you need to choose which job.

~side note~
If you want to be something else, please go to another guide, if you are going ice and lightning, continue reading.

I assume you chose ice and lightning?K but first I need to tell you 1 thing?K

Lighting or Ice?

Lighting is already weak...it doesn't do as much dmg as magic claw...but does a little more then energy bolt

Lightning: 60
Cold beam: 100
Magic claw: 40 *but it hits 2 times*
Magic bolt: 55

Lightning

Pros:
~Hits 6 monsters
~It's the only AOE (area of effect). Not counting heal because it hits only certain monsters in 2nd job... slash blast isn't as good because it hits only in front...
~it looks cool...who doesn't like zapping the hell out of little monsters?
~kills more monsters in a shorter amt of time...so more exp AND mesos?Ktherefore FAST leveling

Cons:
~Weak...compared to other skills...BUT with meditation and another cast it over comes its power problem.
~"Expensive" because it's the most mp draining skill in the whole skill books of the mages...and I think the MOST expensive in 2nd job... however, mp eater covers this problem. Because it hits 6 monsters at the same time, it counts as a separate hit on each monster, so basically mp eater activates most of the time, even at level 3!
~Doesn't freeze... well...yeah... its lightning...you're killing the monsters in a group, if u wanted freeze, then you should go with ice beam.

Ice

Pros:
~freezes...that's why you're an ice/lightning wizard
~uhhh freezes...
~not as expensive as lightning...but mp eater...activates on the monsters and so the mp isn??t as mp crunch... and therefore save money
~Ice hits a chunk out of the monster's hp. It doesn't do as much dmg...as fire
Arrow, but Cold Beam freezes... and does damage.

Cons:
~mp eater doesn't activate well...only 1 cast on 1 monster... so mp eaterdoesn't activate as much...and so I think, meso wise, it's the same mp usage as lightning
~ice does do the job... but doesn't combo with the other skills as well as lightning

~side note~
Because people have different opinions about how you should raise your character, I will write ifferent paths for your own suitable preference. However, they might be a tad bit different than what you might typically see,but these builds are made so that you have an easier time leveling while saving time and money. They will be listed in order of most recommended.

Summary:
This is the build that focuses on lightning first. The reason why, is because Thunderbolt combos with the support skills more that Cold Beam, this includes MP Eater, Teleport, and Meditation. (Look at the ??Lightning or Ice section??) Instead of maxing Thunderbolt really quick, I??ve figured that adding 3 points into MP Eater works wonders. This saves money and MP. Lightning being already weak, can wait one level, can??t it? By the way, even if you added three into Thunderbolt, it would double the cost with not much improvement. In the end, It??s better to add three into MP Eater early, because it also works with the other skills. Meditation is needed to give Thunderbolt that extra damage it needs. It??s far more important to max this first than to max Cold Beam.

Because Carnival PQ is here, a meditated Thunderbolt is needed to kill the powered up enemy in bunches in order to earn the most CP and experience. Then Cold Beam comes in, the power from Cold Beam is needed to kill the monsters in Ludibrium Maze PQ (LMPQ). Followed by maxing Cold Beam comes maxing MP Eater and Teleport. This build is very versatile, you can travel anywhere without much worry. This build needs patience. But in the end, it will really pay off.
This build will work wonders and is really fun especially when Lukless.

70: +2 Teleport +1 whatever you want

Summary:
This build maxes both of the skills early. People might think it is bad, but because there is Carnival PQ, this build works great. Cold Beam was maxed first because power is needed in the early levels to Carnival PQ. And because you are maxing both skills early, Thunderbolt is maxed after Cold Beam so you are also gaining the area of effect attack when necessary, like on Teddies. However, you don??t have Meditation, but and extra cast can solve it. You don??t Need to worry about the potions, as this build would be expensive, because potions are plentiful when you CPQ (Carnival PQ). This build from level 30-51 works the best at CPQ, but at CPQ only. Levels 51-70 are not that hard with funding.

70: +2 Teleport +1 whatever you want

Summary:
This build is the most common build you find. It first focuses on Cold Beam. It??s a pretty straight forward build. You deal a single damage to one enemy whilst killing them, easy, but boring. Cold Beam??s cost doubles after level 15, so I decided to +3 MP Eater to save a little bit of money. This build can solo really well, but with CPQ now, fire and poison mages get recruited more often. However, unlike other builds, this build can LPQ easier in early levels then the others.

Training Spots:

Skill Build 1:
30-35: YOU ARE STUCK WITH MAGIC CLAW?KI know it is painful BUT IT WILL PAY OFF! Ant Tunnel, Slimes (Thunderbolt, sounds weird but works. 1-2 hits kills them and you kill them in mobs, so about 40-60 exp each cast. Not bad), CPQ(but not suggested)
35-40: Teddies, CPQ (you can but not a lot of people will recruit you)
40-51: CPQ! CPQ! CPQ! BEST EXP. POSSIBLE, or Ratz (not that good, but if you
are bored, might as well)
51-70: Lorangs, Lorangs, Lorangs GREAT EXP! But potion cost is high, LMPQ
(good rewards and decent exp but gets tedious)

Skill Build 2:
30-35: Ant Tunnel, CPQ (Not many will recruit you)
35-40: Fire Boars, Jr. Cellions, Jr. Lioners. Sakura Cellions, CPQ
40-51 CPQ! CPQ! CPQ CPQ CPQ CPQ! THIS BUILD WORKS BEST AT CPQ!
51-70: Lorangs (Thunderbolt), LMPQ

Skill Build 3:
30-35: Ant Tunnel, CPQ (Not many will recruit you)
35-40: Fire Boars, Jr. Cellions, Jr. Lioners. Sakura Cellions, CPQ
40-51: CPQ, copper drakes, fire boars
51-70: LMPQ, red drakes

Don??t know what to wear? At later levels it is pretty hard to get equipment. However, you can hunt monsters to get the drops or go to the free market to buy the item. Level 30-40 armor can be easily found at the Orbis, Ludibrium, and other places that are not on Victoria Island. If you are low on money, you can always wait a few levels before getting it or even skip it. MANY weapons are found at the CPQ NPC.

Going lukless

Going lukless?Kit means that you don??t put any points into luk. In the very beginning, you have to roll the dice multiple times so that you have high int and low luk, while having low str and dex. It can take hours and should look like this:

Str:4/5
Dex:4/5
Int: 10-13
Luk: 4-6

Being lukless, you trade defense for power. The trade is decent because being a mage, you are already weak, might as well get the extra power. Also a mage can attack close and far range and with the extra power you kill the monster before it kills you.

Because lightning is relatively weak, the extra boost from being lukless makes It even better!

Magician Guide of Maplestory

There are four characters you can choose in Maplestory: Warrior, Magician, Bowman and Thief. This time we will introduce Magician guide. Read the information below, i think they are useful.
Beginner stat point

The Mage's main stat is INT. This stat increases magic damage and defense. It also increases the amount of MP you will get per level up. You’ll be spending most of your stat points in here. LUK is the secondary stat. It raises availability and decreases the amount of EXP you lose when you die.
It doesn’t matter what your INT and LUK are as long as you rolled at least STR and DEX as fives or lower. If you didn't get the stats you want click the little red dice next to your character at character creation. Now how to spend your stat points during levels is easy enough to understand. First you need to see that your LUK is 13 at level 10. Don’t make it 13 any time before or after Level 10. Then you can spend all your stat points in LUK but other wise they all go into INT. This will allow you to wear most equipment (maybe not all on the level requirements) and since INT gives more MP, your MP levels will be quite high after a few levels. If you are feeling you are taking to much damage or just don’t like your armor go ahead and spend some stat points into LUK on levels other than 15,20,etc (not recommenced)

Leveling Tips

LVL 1-8: Here you should still be on Maple Island the first island. Stay in the first few areas of the island and fight green and blue snails. Once you're at lvl 8 move on to Victoria Island by taking the Victoria form South Perry.

LVL 8-13: Start fighting in the training area one screen west of Heresy’s is the bowman town. You want to stay on the bottom floor of the area and fight the snails you see. Use your Energy Bolt as often as possible and when MP runs out stand on the key on both side of the screen and recover.

LVL 13-18: Time to move up a floor in the training area. This floor is covered with Green Slimes. These will do about 6 damages to you if you haven’t bought all the armor. These give 10 EXP a pop so things go buy pretty quickly.

LVL 18-20: Either stay on the slime Floor for a level or two more or move up to the Orange shroom floor. The orange shroom will give 15 EXP per kill but you will have to take about 3 shots to kill them which by now aren’t a whole lot of MP but takes a while
LVL 21-30: To the Horny Mushroom tree. These guys will give you over .10% for the next few levels. Fight these guys all the way up to level 30

LVL 25-31: Do the PQ if you want too. Mages are the most useful character in the PQ and will be accepted into parties easier. If you don't feel like waiting for the PQ then just go level on Horny Mushrooms.

LVL 31-40: Either level on boars or fire boars there are a bunch of spots near Perion like the burning zone or the land of wild boars.
