Maplestory Guide Training as a Hermit

We have made it this far, currently when editing this FAQ, we are in our upper 80s, and we know pretty much everything about training, we think. Let's go over the basics for you. You have a lot of options, we will include how fast they are for me right now, relatively, and you can go on from there to make your own decisions.

Zombies are good until the 80s, almost to the 90s. Not much beyond that, but still, you will see these things overcrowded all the time. Sometimes it is just not worth wasting the time to find a map. Yeti and Pepe, these buggers are great for maplestory mesos(Steelys, Geta, Thorns, Doombringer, Gold Hinkle, and so on.) train here if you can find a spot, and if you want money.

Dark Yeti, about the same speed as Yeti and Pepe, but much easier to find a map to train in. Eventually, as you get higher leveled, these will become slower than Yeti and Pepe. Cerebes, the slowest thing you should train on, giving a measly 5% an hour to me right now. They drop Dark Ritual (level 75 staff) and Dark Scarab (best level 70 claw) though, so they are an option if you are feeling lucky.

Death Teddies and Master Death teddies are also good EXP. We recommend a Priest and that you be in your 80s before trying them. If you get a priest with maxHoly Symbol (extra EXP), you will find that Master Death teddies are more than 10% an hour, almost 15%, which is ungodly speed.

Vikings are good for Ilbi hunting. Exp-wise, they are decent, better than Cerebes, at least we would wait till at least level 90 before seriously fighting. Other than this, a bunch of weaker Ludibrium monsters that you kill in one or two hits will be good, since generally speaking, Ludibrium EXP Is great.

Even through the level 110s and higher, Ludibrium will be pretty fast for training. You will know where to train your maplestory account by the time you are up there.

Orbis Party Quest Guide

01.Introduction__

I am making this guide in order to help people to understand Orbis Party Quest (OPQ) better. If you consider yourself a Pro. in this PQ, then go ahead and see if you have a better idea of how to do stages then email me :D There might be some mistakes because I don't know everything from this PQ but I am sure that this guide is helpful.

"A few days ago, after a huge rainstorm, a new cloudy path has emerged at the top of the Orbis Tower, behind the statue of Minerva the Goddess. The clouds have broke apart, and a new mysterious tower has emerged. We have made the conclusion that the tower we're looking for is the tower of a being that controlled Orbis way back: Minerva the Goddess. I'm more than certain that Minerva the Goddess is trapped somewhere in that tower. What do you think? Would you like to explore the tower and find the remnants of the Goddess?"

------------
[ 1A.Overview ]
------------
You must be from level 51 to level 70 to enter this party quest.
Location: The Unknown Tower - Orbis
_Enter through Orbis Tower Entrance - the portal to the bottom right.
** First of all choose your path, boss PQ or rush PQ. If you decided to do rush PQ, don't ever do boss until you are sure you won't rush again. The reason is that if you killed boss once your exp. will go down from 7500 to 5250 each stage in the tower** If you decide to do rush, scroll down to Rush Party section. To get ready for finishing the whole quest, you should bring with you a good amount of Eyedrops and Holywaters or All Cures because the boss can curse you. For some jobs, if you get cursed, it might be the result of your death. So you better get ready!
_ Eyedrops are used to cure Darkness, a curse that lowers your accuracy.
_ Holywaters are used to cure Sealed, which means you can't use your skills.
_ All cures are used to cure everything, a combination of Eyedrops and Holywaters.
_ You need a huge amount of potions, and I mean huge! Papa Pixie does around 1,300 damage on you. It's good if you have a cleric to heal you, but what if your cleric dies? The potions are for that purpose - in case your cleric dies!
_1,500HP up :) or magic guard
A party for the PQ includes 6 people.
If you can get all jobs (Thief+Magician+Warrior+Bowman) into one party, you will receive a blessing from Wonky once you get in.
The blessing might be:
+30 physical and magic attacks
+30 accuracy and avoid ability
+30 physical and magic defenses
+20% speed and 10% jump
You will probably want to check what kind of bless Wonky gives you. If you get bonus attacks then make sure your party member won't use Rage or Meditation. Those support skills will cancel out Wonky's bless. Bless or Iron body will cancel out Wonky defense bless. Wonkey's bless lasts 30 minutes, so if you can't get to boss in 30 minutes then his bless will disappear :P The way to get in this party quest is just like any other. The leader of the party clicks on Wonky and chooses Apply for Entrance to enter the party quest. You'll be given 60 minutes to finish the quest.
**The fastest way to rapidly click is to drag the "Apply for entrance" right over Wonky then keep clicking and pressing "enter" for "next". Note that "enter" always activates "next", but chooses "no" in yes/no windows.
(R Amythest)

------------------
[ 1B.Feeding Wonky ]
------------------
As you notice, when you talk to Wonky at the Unknown Tower there is "Give Wonky something to eat" tab. Savag3blow informed me about it. First off here is what you can feed Wonky:
_Fried Chicken
_Red Bean Porridge
_Hamburger
_Unagi
_Ice Cream Pop
_Chocolate
_Red Bean Sundae
If you feed him, you'll get a better chance of receiving a "special mission". I believe that the better item you feed him, the higher the chance. The missions can be:
_Complete the party quest within 25 minutes
_Kill all the Luinel, or Jr.Kitties (at <2e.room>)
_Complete the Room of Guilty - Eliminated all Lucidas (there is no confirmation of this one so if you do get it, please tell me)
_Collect 6 LP Disks
I never finish any of those missions above, so I don't know what are the rewards. I heard that you get additional exp. for completing the mission.
_The way to active the Mission is LEADER click on Wonky at the entrance. Don't worry, just click on him and he will ask you whether to leave the Quest or not if you don't get the Mission. If you got the mission, he'll state it. This is confirmed by me.

---------------------
[ 1C.Job Requirements ]
---------------------
Party MUST include the following jobs:
_Thief (Sin/Bandit) that has at least level 11 haste, lower hastes can't help you pass the Entrance and other stages.
_Warrior (Fighter/Page/Spearman) must be high level or high dex, to hit boss. Warriors do good damage on the boss. The other jobs might need a spearman's Hyperbody to increase their HP.
_Magician (Cleric/Wizard) with teleport (needed to pass the Lobby stage). I don't think I have to explain why we need a cleric. :P Well, you don't want magicians to be the main attackers because Papa Pixie is strong against magic. Sadly, this "must" does not include bowmen, but bowmen do good damage on boss (Papa pixie) and helpful in some way. To fight boss, you'll need at least 2 lvl60+ attackers. The reason is low level warriors and magicians won't be able to hit the boss. Thief/Archer will have difficulties surviving after the boss' attacks.

-----------------------
[ 1D.Failing the Quest? ]
-----------------------
Yes, you can fail this quest. The conditions for failing this quest are:
_Leader disconnected or you disconnected.
_Leader died or you died.
_A member of the party left the party inside the quest ( it's okay if he or she leave the party outside of the quest).
_Click Wondy and press next/yes in the Entrance.
_Ask Eak to leave party in the Center Tower.
_A party member drops the wrong music CD while the right one is playing.
_Not having enough members for Sealed Room.
_Members with Stone Pieces die/ disconnect in either Lounge or Walkway.
_No thieves (most of the stages)/ magicians (for Lobby)
_Run out of time
When you failed the party quest, you'll be send to On The Way Out. This is when you need to scroll down to On The Way Out sections to learn how to leave :P I guess... ha!

__02.Enter the Full Party Quest__

-------------
[ 2A.Entrance ]
-------------
-->6000 exp.

Require: Haste.

"Hi, my name is Eak, the Chamberlain of the Goddess. Don't be alarmed; you won't be able to see me right now. Back when the Goddess turned into a block of stone, I simultaneously lost my own power. If you gather up the power of the Magic Cloud of Orbis, however, then I'll be able to recover my body and re-transform back to my original self. Please collect 20 Magic Clouds and
bring them back to me. Right now, you'll only see me as a tiny, flickering light."

----------
\ Mission \ Get 20 clouds pieces and drop it in front of the little light.
----------

_Feel free to click on Wondy and leave the party quest here. If you accidently clicked Wonky, don't click Next, but click End Chat or press Esc.
_Leader should click on Wonky once to see if you got the mission.
_Chamerlain Eak is appearing as a "tiny, flickering light" in the middle. You need haste to climb up and collect 20 Cloud Pieces around the map then place them right at the light spot to summon Eak. Don't be disappointed if you think Eak should be more cute and cool. After that click on Eak and he'll transport you to the Center Tower. Oh, your leader will click, not party members.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTES: If you killed boss you'll receive 4200 exp. for Entrance and 5250 exp. for other stages.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------
[ 2B.Center Tower ]
-----------------
--> Exp. gained from Jr.boogies

-------------
\ True Mission \ Get the missing Statue Pieces from all the rooms (stages) to recover the Goddess Statue.

_This is the place that you'll be walking around a lot to enter the stages.
_It has Jr. Boogies which do around 200 damages. So be careful, you don't want to go away here :) because Jr.Boogies will fly to you and you know...
_You can kill those Jr.Boogies if you want but you need high dex and level to hit them. They gave good exp. like around 500 exp each. This is when thieves or bowmen come in handy since they always have high dex-high accuracy. Low level thief/bowman will not 100% hit the Jr. Boogies. We need both high accuracy and high level to kill them. You can only enter the place that your leader goes to (now leader can abuse leadership power).
*Notes: You can choose to go to any room in here, it doesn't matter as long as you can get all the Statue Pieces. I'll explain from the bottom to the top, from left to right :).

Here's the map

2E Room of Darkness (Hidden street)
2D Lobby
2C Room of Guilty
___________

Most people chose to do orderly from bottom to top but I refer do Walk Way first because most people die here, with stones, make you rush...if you do this room after the other, you'll have to do all over again :(

----------------------------------------------------------------------
**I recommend to skip the Room of Guilty, unless you want some adventure**
----------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------
[2C.Basement - The Room of the Guilty ]
-------------------------------------
--> No exp.

Require: 2000HP and up (just in case)

"This is the room of the Guilty in the Tower of Goddess. Minerva the Goddess used to keep the most sinister monsters that have committed the most hideous crimes here. Thankfully you won't find a piece of the statue of goddess here so please return to the ladder on the right side of this room. But then again ... something maybe hidden ..."

You can enter the basement through the ladder at the bottom of the Center Tower. This is the only stage where you won't gain experiences or . So you can decide whether to explore it or not. Haste or other kinds of speed equips are disabled in this room. There are 3 holes that you can enter from top to bottom. You'll want to jump diagonal to the holes, you can't get in them if you jump straight down. There are some platforms that you can jump from. It's dark so good luck in getting in the holes :P
-------------

-------------
Each hole will lead you to a Jail. Jail contains Lucidas which hurt 2,000 damage. You can't hit them but you need to kill them to proceed. So don't think you can hit them if you have high accuracy. I recommend not to trying hiting them either. The switches are your friends :) Hit a switch and a trap will start. Use those to damage the Lucidas. After killing all Lucidas, you can go ahead and enter Jail Treasure. Please note that if you didn't kill them, there won't be a ladder. The Jail Treasure contains a box that drops Crystal Ores. All holes are somewhat the same.

The first hole, however, is the easiest, where you don't have to face the danger of touching the Lucidas. There are 8 Lucidas in here.

---------------
The " _ " is the safe area for u :) You'll see 3 switches as you come in, just hit the switch and the traps will start to attack the Lucidas. Same to the other ones. Well, try to limit the amount of times use to kill Lucidas. I think the lesser time you use to kill Lucidas, the valuable Crystal Ores you will get.

The middle hole is more difficult than the first one.

-------------
You'll have to reach the first set of switches by climbing fast to the rope while the 3 lucidas was at the left side. The second set is dangerous. The 2 lucidas will run around if you tried to climb and hit the switch they will chase you and ... So I think it's best for you to stay on the rope and wait for a chance then jump to the left or right then hit the switch. It doesn't look like you can hit the switch but you can :) Then the last set of switches. You'll have to wait for a chance (again) then run really fast to the rope and climb up. Just pay attention because those Lucidas jump. So they touch you while you're on the platform.

The last hole is the last one you want to enter. You'll be wasting potions or die if you are not careful. I'll leave the exploration to you since I did not have a chance to explore it yet :P

To go back to the Center Tower, simply go to the door at the bottom and press up. It'll teleport you up near the ladder, climb the ladder and you're back at Center Tower. ===============================================================================
----------
[ 2D.Lobby ]
----------
-->7500 exp.

Require: Haste, Teleport

"This is the lobby of the Tower of Goddess. This is the place Minerva the Goddess preferred to listen to music. She loved listening to different kinds of music, depending on what day of the week it was. If you play that music you played before, the spirit of Minerva the Goddess may react to it and something curious may happen."

----------
/ Mission / Get the right CD of the day and drop it in front of the player.
----------

_ In this stage, haste is needed for you to jump up to the boxes, and don't think that you can do the magicians boxes with 23+ jumps, you can't.
_The first and third box (from right to left) are for magicians, only Teleport can help you reach the platforms.
_Members will need to hit 7 boxes to get the right CD and whoever gets the right one needs to place it in front of the CD player. If you drop another CD while the right one is playing, you'll fail the quest** There is no backup sorry :P
_The right CD is determined by the DAY of the week. You can either talk to Eak or look at the chart down there for details. The leader will then click the Eak cloud and hit the box for <3rd Statue Piece afterward.
**NOTES: Do not walk out of the room until you got the <3rd> because you CAN'T go back in! Here is the chart of what type of CD you need for what day.
------------------------------------
Day Type Color of CD
---------- ---------- ------------
Monday - Cute - Orange
Tuesday - Scary - Yellow
Wednesday - Fun - Purple
Thursday - Sad - Dark blue
Friday - Cold - Light Blue
Saturday - Tight - Green
Sunday - Operatic - Red
------------------------------------
---------------------
[ 2D.Room of Darkness ]
---------------------
---> Exp. gain from monsters 460 exp. for each.

Require: None.

"Argh, so dark here. You're now inside the Room of Darkness in the Tower of Goddess, but they, how did you get here? You won't find a piece of the statue of goddess here. I suggest you check out other rooms instead."

Evil Eak don't want us to kill the Jr.kitties (Jr.Cellions, Lioners, Grupins) that's why he suggested "you check out the other rooms instead". :P You guessed right, many Jr. kitties are in this room waiting for you to get exp from them. :) This room also has a prize on top once in awhile, and it could either be diary page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 but there's no confirm what are they for. Climb the ladder to the right and go up. Like Eak said, you won't get any
Statue Piece. To leave this room, press up at where you came from.

----------------
[ 2F.Sealed Room ]
----------------
-->7500 exp.

Require: At least 5 members.

"This is the Sealed Room of the Tower of Goddess. It's the room where Minerva the Goddess felt safe enough to keep her very valuable belongings. The three steps you see on the side work as the locks that can unseal the curse, and they all have to carry the exact amount of weight. Let's see... it'll require five of you to stand on it to match the ideal weight. By the way, you'll need to solve this in 7 attempts or less, or you'll be banished from the sealed room, as well as changing up the answer in the process."

-----------
/The basic /
-----------
This room might be the most troublesome if you don't get how to do it. Haste/Teleport are disabled in this room. In this room, you need to "balance out" the weight of the 3 stones. You can find the 3 stones near Eak. You have Left, Middle, and Right stone and only 5 members are needed to finish this stage. You have 7 tries. The combinations are:
-----------------------
500 410 320 230 140 050
041 032 023 014 005
104 203 302 401
311 221 212 131 122 113
-----------------------
Well right, 7 tries to do those combinations. Guessing isn't the best way. First you need all 5 members stand on the Left stone (5-0-0). Then click Eak and see the clue either "different"
or "correct". If you got "different", that means all the stones are wrong! Including the one you're standing on. If you got "1 correct", that means ONE of the stones is right So leave that stone alone! Now you just need to take care of the other 2 stones. Use the clues given to determine what is the right number of members needed on each of the stones.

-------------
/ Strategies /
-------------
Now, be happy, because James (savag3biow and savag3bl0m) sent me his chart the other day, all you need to do is copy down the chart and be pro in Sealed Room :) without wasting a single brain cell. Remember, when you see savag3biow or savag3bl0m, you know you got the pro. in your party. If you fail, you can try again, but the combination will change. Well if you think my explain is not good enough, then include James' method! Here's the chart:

If you get DIFFERENT, you'll be continue at the the right of the chart. So good luck. James stated, "there are lots of logical stuff that I cannot explain clearly, but I guarantee it will work." I have confirmed, it works well. Here is the Original Image (use it if you found my chart confusing):

If "Wrong (diff)," then go down until you see "DIFF" and try the combo to the right next.

*The stage will never clear on these combos, but they are needed to branch out all other possible combos to fit the 7-try limit.

Is this the only way to complete it? No. But it is proven to never miss if done correctly. If you are not convinced, choose any combo from the list above and test it using this format. It is also theoretically faster than most ways, given enough combos to rule out luck, since there is a minimum number of people that are required to move after each try. This is useful for rush parties that choose to do the Sealed Room stage along with Entrance and Lobby, where speed is important.

I saw some other method of doing Sealed Room too, but they missed sometimes. I believe the chart works well, I never miss before. Trust the chart :P When you clear the stage: Don't forget to go to the top and get the <4th>!!!*** Unless you want to fail the quest.

_To get to this room you'll have to pass 2 rows by press up on one of the stones. There are 3 stones to try for each row, and 2 will teleport you down.

_10 small pieces can be found in here.

_The room above 302, you need haste to get up there.
_Those Lioners won't attack you :D, but they just disappear and reappear.
_Ice wizards are awesome for this room, they freeze the Lioners. Then Lioners can't disappear no more :(
_Any jobs can do this room; however, I recommend sin/archer/magician because with long range they can kill those easier than those with short range. So wait until they appear and attack them.
_Each Lioner drops a small pieces. You should have 10 small pieces in here.

Then get out of the room and give your leader the small pieces. You don't have to worry about getting the <5th> here because it'll be given to your leader as you clear the stage.

_After you kill one pixie, it'll reappear in ghost form. It wants to revenge you because you took its small piece. :P Don't waste your time and your MP killing it because it'll die in around 25 seconds. The ghosts do around 300 damage physically and does around 800-900 magic damage. *So magicians, if you don't have Hyperbody, turn your Magic Guard on!* If you are AFK ( away from keyboard), you will mostly die, and the ghosts of course can fly, and please don't do trading in this room. - The strategy is 4 members will stand on the 4 stones and press up whoever can get to the next row will call out the number, mark the spot so other people know where to go. Just keep going like that and you'll eventually get to the top!
- Brycy Ning said there is another easier way to up. Each party member goes on each of the stone and drops 10 mesos. Then whoever goes up will stay and the other party members will collect the mesos on the platforms that are not right (not teleport you up) and then keep going. This avoids confusion but takes a little more time. Well, choose whatever strategy you like and work best for you :D
- When you reached the top, use the party chat to tell your leader to keep clicking the cloud Eak. For leader, here is how to click fast if you didn't know how to do it. Hold down enter and keep clicking the cloud :P At the top, there are 5 switches and only 2 combinations are right. You don't have to hit the switches randomly. Only 1 member is required. Hit only 1 switch at a time: down and then back up. *Remember to keep the other switches UP not down. If the first one isn't work then go to the second one and so on. Just have fun while your leader click click like crazy :D Also thanks to savag3biow, he pointed this out to me. I thought we need to hit randomly the
5 switches. After you clear this part, a box will appear near to Eak. Inside the box is of course another <6th> :) Now, get out of there and ready for boss!

[ 2K.Goddess Statue ]

\ Mission \ Place the pieces to their correct location
----------

As you can see, the middle of the Center Tower is a statue, a broken one. Your mission is to recover the Statue. You need to get the appropriate and drop it where it should go to. The Wing should go where the wing is missing and so on. Here is where the pieces should go:

_3rd_ Wing (top)
_5th_ _6th_ Crystal - Middle part of Wing
_2nd_ Hair, you'll have to place right at the Statue's left leg

_1st_ Bottom left of Wing
_4th_ Bottom right of Wing

After you finish connecting all the Pieces, talk to Eak and then you will be at Garden!

Boss: Papa Pixie
HP: 672,000
MP: 60,000
Exp: 17,000
/-------------------/

_Strong against: Ice, Lightning, Fire, Poison
_Drops: Ever Strange Seed

-----------------
Summon the boss
-----------------
First you'll need to kill the Nependeath and get the seeds. Then plant the seeds in the pots. For a while, you'll see another Nependeath will grow right where the seed is. I recommend not to kill them. Try to plant seeds on every pots you see and then kill the Dark Nependeath. Along the way you'll see a Dark Nependeath. Killing Dark Nependeath will result in "Here comes Papa Pixie". By the way, one pot that won't grow any Nependeath is the . Later on you'll need to plant Papa's seed there. That's the reason to keep the Nependeath alive, to mark the Pot of Life. Once, you're here, you can not return until you have the Grass of Life.

--------------------
Here come the boss
--------------------
Like I said, he'll hurt you about 1,300hp physically. Yes, he uses magic that hurts you ~1400hp. That's not all, Papa has DISPELL! Obviously, it cancels out all the supporting skills of yours. So be careful! Especially, wizards and clerics he'll cancel out you Magic Guard and Hyperbody leaving you vulnerable, one hit die? :) Like a snail. Well, warriors, be noble :) since you have high HP try to "tank" for your party members. I believe the best is warriors stay at front and keep Papa there while sins/archers/wizards stay at the back and attack. 1,500 damages are enough to push the bad big Papa back. Behind sins/archers will be clerics :). For bandit, all I can say is try to avoid his attacks. Be nice to clerics, they're the one who suffered the most to heal other members. Like Alishar, he will cursed you, so stock up on Eyedrops, Holywaters, and All Cures. If you got Darkness, use Eyedrops, if you got Sealed, use Holywater. Use All cures for whatever curses. :) He makes you slow too, slow just like him I guess. Papa summons Star Pixies, Lunar Pixies, and Luster Pixies. It depends on how low his HP is: If he has 3/4 his hp left, he'll summon Star Pixies. If he has 1/2 his hp left, he'll summon Lunar Pixies. If he has 1/4 his hp left, he'll summon big bad Luster Pixies to protect him. Seriously, I hate Pixies! They're annoying, and when you kill them, a ghost appears and do around 900 damage... as dangerous as the boss. So I
think it's better not to kill them. The saddest is my cleric friend, died by ghost pixies right after we killed the boss... When Papa dies, he'll drop an , all you need to do is plant the seed on the . The Seed will turn out to be a weird looking plant, hit it and get the . Then enter the portal to return to Center Tower.

-->16099 exp.

Return to the Goddess Statue and place the Grass of Life in the middle of the Goddess Statue, near the area you drop the Hair. Then Minerva Goddess will appear and thank you for saving her. Have your leader talk to her and you will be at Bonus.

"Thank you for not only restoring the statue, but rescuing me, Minerva, from the entrapment. May the blessing of the goddess be with you til the end..."

I wonder if her blessing is the cause of we getting lower exp. the next time we enter the quest. She's probably mad because we made her "entrapped" many times as we enter the quest :P

----------
[ 2N.Bonus ]
----------
Needless to say, you just hit the boxes and see if you can get any special items out of it. You have 60 seconds.
The boxes drop:
_Coins, Popsicles, Ice cream, Juices :P
_Magic Capes lvl60
_Metal Silver Earrings lvl70
_Pink-flowered Earrings lvl60

After 60 seconds you'll be at the Treasure and the Goddess will gift you either one of these:
_Any kind of scrolls
_Level 65 gaia capes
_10 Power Elixirs
_20 Elixirs
_50 Mana Elixirs
_100 blue/white pots
_Unagis
_Screws
_Ores

-------------------
[ 2O.On The Way Out ]
-------------------
Talk to Eak to leave... If you failed the quest and you still have the items in the quest, you'll lose
them as you leave. There is away to get them out however, but I'm not going to cover the topic :) until I find out if it's against the law or not. If your party decides to rush, there is a 20 seconds delay before you can enter the quest again.

__03.Rush Party__

------------
\ The basic \
-------------
Rush parties only do the Entrance and Lobby stage and they'll rush for fast exp. Some rush parties will probably do Sealed Room too. As everybody can notice, there's a new "Glitch Party". Those parties only do Entrance and Storage. I heard that many got banned for Glitching, so I won't explain how it is done.

-------------
\ Strategies \
-------------
_Every time a party rush out, there are some delay seconds. Like I said earlier, you'll have to wait around 20 seconds before you can get in again. So the other party might have a chance to get in too if you click slow.
_To get out of the PQ fast in order to get back in fast, have one person of your party be a "leaver" that means the person will leave the party as he or she gain the exp. The leader will then reinvite the leaver, to be able to invite fast leader should have the character screen open or the "leaver" just stand where it is easy for leader to click and invite.

__04.Tracking__

Well, tracking is when you use the /find command to know where someone is at. So some people will write down the name of the people who are in party quest and track them to know when they're going to finish the party quest.

Marc's Quite Simple Guide

1. What are fighters?
Fighters are supposed to be soloing machines, they deal heavy damage to single targets, and even more as they become crusaders.

2. AP Guide - Care to put your ability points in the right amount?

You'll need a certain amount of Strenght(STR) and a bit of Dexterity (DEX) to use your equipment and weapons. A safe point to stop adding Dexterity would be somewhere between levels 80-100, or you might want to keep it so you have DEX enough to hit monsters like Zakum sooner.

*NOTE* THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU SHOULD KNOW UNTIL LEVEL 70. The perfect build for a warrior is to roll the dice at:
12 STR
05 DEX
04 INT
04 LUK

Actually, the first two stats doesn't really matter, as in 7 levels you can raise your strenght to 35, which is the minimum required to become a warrior, what you must have is 4/5 INT, 4/5 LUK, being 4 and 4 a perfect, though it takes time to be achieved, you'll usually get 4/5, 5/5, it's not bad and won't do much of a difference at higher levels.

The most important thing to be remembered as a warrior is: Your Dexterity(DEX) must be equivalent to twice your level. Example :
Level 10 = 20 DEX
Level 15 = 30 DEX
Level 20 = 40 DEX, and so on..., until level 30.

When you reach the fabled 30th level, you might want to add all you points in Strenght(STR).The motive for that is that your Briggon (Level 35 Glove), needs 125 STR and your Knukcle, (Level 40 Gloves) needs 150 STR. After reaching level 40, you might want to restart your Dexterity(DEX) raising. Keep in mind that from now on, every 10 levels, to use your gloves, you'll need 30 STR each level, which gives you 20 points to be added in DEX every 10 levels. It might be impossible to retrieve your Dexterity(DEX) to the desired Twice as your level, unless you get the armor which gives Strenght(STR) bonus, and increase them with scrolls, but actually, if you would do that, you would rather enjoy the high damaging of having such a big increase in Strenght(STR).

An ideal build for your strenght if you prefer to wait some levels to wear your gloves would be :

Level 10 - 40 Strength

Level 15 - 55 Strength

Level 20 - 70 Strength

Level 25 - 85 Strength

Level 30 - 100 Strength

Level 35 - 120 Strength

Level 40 - 140 Strength

Level 50 - 180 Strength

Level 60 - 210 Strength

Level 70 - 250 Strength

3. SP Guide - How to build your skills?

I'll explain what each skill does before giving you a list on where to spend your SP.

Improving HP Recovery : This turns your base 10 HP recovery every 10 sec. to a maximum of 60 HP per 10 sec.

Improving HP Max Increase : This will make your HP grow more each level. Example : It would increase 10 points per level, now it might increase up to 50-100.

Endure : This allows you to gain HP while hanging on ropes or ladders, first, at every 30 sec., to a maximum of (amount achieved by Improving HP recovery) HP per 10 sec.(same as standing on the ground by the way).

Iron Body : This increases your Weapon Defense for some time. Since monsters don't use weapons, at least you won't see them wearing weapons for a while, think of it as the damage of being ran by monsters, or ranged attacks such as Nependeaths' seed spitting.

Power Strike : The main attacking skill for Warriors/Fighters/Spearmen/Pages, whatever you are. Uses a small amount(You will find it quite expensive first off, but you'll realize it's cheap later) of MP to deal a devastating blow(not that devastating at the beggining, but even so devastating) to your foes.

Slash Blast : The second skill for Warrior/Fighter/Spearman/Page.Uses a small amount of HP and MP to deal an attack that pierces trough your enemy skins and hits those near or behind him, hitting up to 6 enemies.

Now, to the first SP Guide.

Level 10 - 1 HP Recovery

Level 66 - 3 Sword/Axe Booster
Level 67 - 3 Sword/Axe Booster
Level 68 - 3 Sword/Axe Booster
Level 69 - 3 Sword/Axe Booster
Level 70 - 1 Sword/Axe Booster, Now, 2 points left, I suggest maxing Rage and Mastery, but you can spend on anything else.

Second Job Information :

Mastery - This should be raised to level 19 or 20 before you start bringing up any other skills.
The increased minimum damage and accuracy is very important.

Final Attack - This is a good choice if you like to fight powerful monsters with Power Strike or Slash Blast instead of normal hitting. It lets you land an extra attack right after using a skill attack (Power Strike or Slash Blast) without using any MP. However,it can hurt you if you don't know how to use it. Because a Final Attack takes less time to use than a normal attack, it may hit the enemy before it recovers from the first knockback. This results in a failure to knockback the enemy with the Final Attack, even if you do sufficient damage. Against slow enemies such as Stone Golems, this is not a big problem. On the other hand, a normal speed monster may hit you before you kill/knockback with a third hit, and a pepe could even avoid your attack if it is lucky enough. To get around this problem, either fight monsters that you will almost
always kill in 1-2 hits.

Booster - This is a very important skill if you use two-handed axes. The reason for this is because two-handed axes are the slowest of all weapons available to the Fighter. However, adding points increases the duration and decreases HP/MP cost without making the weapon any faster. For this reason, you only need 5-6 points to start off with, and can add more later. At level 6, it costs 24 HP/MP and lasts for 60 seconds. This skill should probably be taken second or third if you use two-handed axes, and any time you want for other weapons.

Rage - This is an extremely useful skill. Once you raise it to level 19-20, it adds 10 Attack Power, which is like having a sparta stronger than a doombringer, which is what having a weapon 10 levels higher means. After using Iron Body, the defense penalty is completely negated. After applying multipliers from Power Strike and Slash Blast, this can easily raise your damage by a few hundred per hit. This would make a good second skill if you don't mind spending the extra MP on it. It costs 20 MP for 160 seconds at level 20.

Power Guard - This is a powerful defensive skill. When you are hit with a touch attack(when you are ran or hitten by monsters), it reduces the damage done to you by a certain percent and also does that amount of damage to the monster. For example, an attack that would normally do 100 damage to you would do only 60 to you with level 30 Power Guard, and would also do 40 damage to the monster. However, it has a fairly high MP cost and short duration compared with
other Fighter spells. This skill will reduce the damage you take by a lot, but also eats up
MP pretty quickly and has to be recast often. It's up to you to decide when the HP it saves you is worth the MP and repeated casting.

4. Training Guide, I told you what to add, but how are you going to
earn these points?

Levels 1-10 : Snails, Orange Mushrooms, Slimes and Snails.

Levels 10-15 : Slimes are your better choice here.

Levels 15-20 : Slimes are still a good choice, tough you'll start getting attack skills here so Pig Beach
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 20-25 :
Victoria Island : Pigs are your paradise, and I actually had much fun there with my good warrior partner, with who I kept fighting to see who would level faster, and by the way, having a friend of your level might heat you up to making a lot of leveling so you outlevel him, or just to reach his level. Ossyria : At Aqualand, several sealife are weak and you may want to try this place though I wouldn抰 recommend.

Levels 25-30 :
Victoria Island :
Warriors aren't much appreciated at Party Quest, mostly known as PQ, but from now on, you can handle Ligators finely, as well as Curse Eyes and King Slime, Neckis are a pain in the ass so just leave them to the mages/sins/archers. Your other alternative are hunting octopuses at Sleepywood's Hidden Streets, check http://www.hidden-street.net/maps/hiddenstreet.php again for moreinfo on where you could go, pigs are still a wonderful choice, or, if you have a good weapon, or by level 28 or so, with a normal weapon you can go Wild Boars

Ossyria : If you don't like Wild Boars you can kill Jr. Sentinels at 20th floor of Orbis Tower or some sealife at Aqualand (don't forget Air Bubbles)

Levels 30-35 : Congratz, you now are a fighter, or at least I hope you are if you're reading this guide.
Victoria Island : Your reward is, more wildboars, really, this is the only thing you should fight.
Ossyria :Jr. Sentinels are still an option for wild boars and sealife at Aqualand might be easier now.

Levels 35-40 : Well, now you are where most warriors lose their fun in Maple, but please try not do it yourself. You can still fight wildboars here, but you might be sick of them by now..., if you are a Shield bearer you might want to move to fireboars ASAP, but being a two-handed weapon wielder, it'll be more profitable to remain in Wild Boars until level 38 or so. An option for fireboars is Jr. Cats, in Orbis, as well as leattys, tough these damage you higher, the cats are usually called kitties, and there are three types of them, you might want to fight Jr. Lioners, the
yellow ones, since they drop warrior equipment, Jr. Cellions are the red ones, they're good for getting flaming feathers, tough lioners got them as well, but with a smaller drop rate, the third ones are Jr. Grupins, though due to the high number of fire mages around,(they're weak
against fire as cellions are against Ice and Lioners against Lighting), that place is usually crowded}.

BUT...NOW WE HAVE LUDI PQ!!!
"So what?" you may ask, since we're low level and being warriors most people won't want us on their parties. Yah, that's true you all know, warriors aren't needed in any part of PQ, but one thing to know about Alishar is : Sins and magicians suck against him, bowmen and warriors can pawn it in instants so every once in a while you WILL get in a party, but perhaps it ain't good to get there...yet for I suppose you really ain't strong enough to do much of a difference. We also have Ludi monsters which we can't forget eh? Ratz in Eos are exactly like kitties and boars, and you maybe could try blocktopus, but they're still hard. Teddy bears, duckies and toy soldiers(these will be a challenge)are somewhat like kitties and boars or ratz. In Aqualand you may want to try one of the other sealife though I wouldn't advice you to.I actually don't like fish .

Levels 40-45 : Well, now you are on the upgrading area, the moment where you'll start to get sick of wearing the same set of armor for 10 levels, get used to it tough, there's no alternative other than wearing weaker armor..., Fireboars are still a good choice, tough I prefer Jr. Kitten at Orbis.

Ludi PQ is easier and more rewarding now, but you can try ratz still, toy soldiers, pandas in the inner clock tower and little or platoon chronos, but not Master ones. Sealife at Aqualand is nice, try out to see what can you kill.

Levels 45-50 : Fireboars now are kinda...., loss of time, kitties are wonderful for making money, but if you prefer experience to money, you'll prefer Copper Drakes, tough you'll have a short profit there in the early 45's. Ludi PQ now is a must for fast leveling.Toy soldiers ain't worth anymore, neither pandas too much, but tobos aren't either for they are a bit stronger than you.
There are also trixters along with blocktopuses in EOS which are very fair for leveling, they're the average leveling but rather boring, and boringness spreads easy on this game though I may be wrong, it's just I that find they boring, if you like them...Have fun! The nicer choice I've found is block gollems with a cleric or with a 3-4 people party of people around your level.Of course you can still try block gollems without a cleric but it is almost profitless since you'll be basically paying for the pots you spent and only making a profit for pieces of equipment you find. There're also Sealife, I haven't trained on the monsters for this level yet but you could try since they seem to give average drops and XP.

Guide to Perma Beginners

What is a Perma-Beginner?

A Perma-Beginner is someone who refuses to take a job at level 8 or 10, and continue leveling as a beginner. They're often called superbeginners, since their skills are beyond and above regular beginners.
_____________________________________________________________________
Reasons to be a Perma Beginner.

Being jobless sucks, in real life or otherwise, and MapleStory is no different. However, there is something nice about not having a job, and that's not having any responsibilities either. No one cares if your n00b does not make it to level 70, nor do they expect it. Taxis cost only at
maximum 120 mesos, which makes a perma-beginner a great way to deliver goods to guild members and offsite auction winners. Since you don't lose experience when you die, you are free to explore Victoria Island without fear of death. Go ahead and fight the Crimson Balrog or Mushmom at level 15, just don't expect to win.

It's also difficult to be the most powerful people on your server, but fairly easy to reach the top 10 on any server as a beginner, just make it to around level 35 on any servers.
_____________________________________________________________________
Reasons not to be a Perma Beginner.

I don't recommend a perma beginner as your main character, just as something to do when you're bored of your main character. They level slowly, they're the lowest power of any class, and if you like melee combat, warriors are a much better choice, since beginners are limited to only one-on-one combat, with no mob control skills.

They don't have much of a choice in armor or weapons, with no armor(excluding capes and helmets) after level 31. They also have less inventory space, which makes them less ideal as a storage box then a warrior.

Anytime you spend with your Beginner is time you could have spent with your
main character.

===============================================================

Three kinds of Perma Beginners

There are three kinds of Perma Beginners: Islanders, Snail Crushers and Pros. Islanders stay on Maple Island and attempt to be the most powerful character there.

Pro: Very easy to become the strongest character on Maple Island
Con: Not much to do on Maple Island, so it gets really boring after level 25.

Snail Crushers prefer to master a low-level monster, rather than train towards higher ones.
Pro: Other characters awe at your skills as you ks in your undies.
Con: Can get very boring fighting the same monster over and over again.

Pros actually play the beginner class as a serous class. They attempt to compete with everyone, a tough choice.
Pro: You have the best chance with this build to reach level 70.
Con: You're much weaker then every other class, so the training is very slow and unrewarding.

So, you want to be an Islander?

Well, here's the perfect roll you want.

Str X
Dex 4
Int 4
Luk X

Unlike off the Island, all you need is 4 accuracy to hit everything, which you can obtain with 4 luk and 4 dex. Having more in dex is fine, but Int should be 4.

There are two standard builds for Islanders. The first would maximize your chances of one hit killing a monster by using strength and dex. With the standard 10% mastery, strength adds to your maximum damage while dex adds to your minimum damage. At some point, raising your strength will not yield a better chance of one hit killing a monster. The calculations supplied by
Shoax(using a 38 attack purse)

For best chance of 1HKO Orange Mushroom: Cap at 205 STR, rest into DEX
For best chance of 2HKO Orange Mushroom: Cap at 100 STR, rest into DEX
For best chance of 3HKO Orange Mushroom: Cap at 65 STR, rest into DEX

The 2nd build would be to add to luk instead of dex, to take advantage of more avoid. Since a miss prevents knockback, it's possible that your beginner will be able to train faster.

Training:
I recommend getting the razor as soon as you can afford it. Its range is pretty poor, but it's an ultimate shroom and snail killer. Keep the first weapon for the Orange Mushrooms, until you find a high attack sword. Around level 7 ~ 8, begin focusing on obtaining the drops you need to be the best-dressed and equipped character on maple island.

(Side note for the jobbed classes, once you get mastery, strength adds more to your minimum attack then dex does. However, with 10% mastery, dex adds more to your minimum attack than strength)

You can also barter a brown or green skullcap or a red, yellow, green or blue headband from the pre-jobbers doing the "Bring this letter to Lucas" quest. If you made it to level 10, you can also party and train pre-jobbers in exchange for these items.

I'd recommend some training areas, but I guarantee by level 15, you will have been over the Island many, many times and know it all by heart.

Congratulations, you're on your way to becoming king of the Island.
_____________________________________________________________________
So, you want to be a Snail Crusher?

Snail Crushers rule the n00bs. A snail crusher chooses to master a certain monster, such as squishes, orange mushrooms, snails or boars. You may choose to rule the squishy tree, or Land of the Wild Boar or whatever map(s) you choose.

The build is very simple, add dex until you can hit the monster you want to fight, add strength and dex until you can one hit kill them, then add luk so you can 100% avoid them.(scrolls and buff items maybe used to archive your goal). Fight in your undies! The build is basically the same as the Islander, you just get off the Island, I recommend leaving the Island at level 16 ~ 20, because that's when you begin to become too powerful for it or leave when you're ready to face your real adversary.

Orange mushroom spawns at the Dangerous Forest are really nice on the Island, much better than the slime tree. If everyone could stay to level 20, they would.

There's no real training for this build, because it's up to you which goal you want to hit.

This website has an estimated chance to hit calculator. This calculation uses *accuracy*, not dex, which can be found by clicking Abilities and then clicking details. You get 4 accuracy for every 5 dex you add and 1 accuracy for every 2 luk you add.
_____________________________________________________________________
So, you want to be a ProBeginner?

Pros are built with the goal of hitting the high levels, although it's a lofty attempt. High-level beginners are rare; everyone wants to be a friend of a 30 level n00b, when they're not accusing you of cheating.

Str X
Dex X
Int 4
Luk 4

Is the perfect build, having more in luk won't hurt, but int is mostly useless, because AP is better off spent somewher else.

Originally, I thought the warrior 2x dex per level build was good enough for a beginner, but I was mistaken, I apologies for anyone who followed that advice, because it's a wrong fit for a beginner. My new suggestion is to just obtain exactly the acc needed to hit your target 100%, and plan head to reach that goal. Then dump everything into strength you need for dex, because beginners require the extra strength to make up for our lack of skills.

I'm going to start a new trend in warrior guides, I'm just going to list acc needed to hit what I recommend for you to train on, and I'll leave it up to the reader on how to obtain the needed acc, whither by scrolling your equipment, using acc adding equipment like the red headband, or the pig illustrated, by using sniper pots (+5 acc) or pills (+10 acc), by add dex. (5 dex = 4 acc) or by adding luk (2 luk = 1 acc)

Again do *not* gradually build up your acc by adding dex, because this makes training even slower. Put everything into dex at the last possible level to reach your next accuracy goal for your next training area. You'll be training on the same thing for many levels, so being able to hit it for more damage is more important than being able to hit things you won't train on for a few
levels. Planning your training route beforehand is required, but part of the fun of a hard build like perma-beginner is trying to find the optimal path that will lead you to level 70+.

Unless otherwise noted, the recommend acc is to hit 100%, although many warriors suggest that 50% ~ 75% is good enough, so it's possible to train on these things with less acc then listed, just use the acc calculator to make sure you're going to hit above 50%.

Here's a guess at training.

Ultimate beginner / some beginner ranting.

Since the n00b is basically a warrior without skills, so it's possible to do the ultimate fighter build on him. Gloves, Shoes, Capes and Overall Armor can be +dex scrolled, so it's possible to dump all skill points into str and rely on scrolled armors to take the place of your missing dex. This would give a beginner enough strength to overpower all other classes's raw damage.

Another possibility is to put points in your skill points in luk instead of dex in the proBeginner. Having a lot of monsters missing may make up for the lack of armor past level 31.

Another strategy is Instead of relying on avoid, a beginner may attempt to get the max amount of jump and speed. This would allow a beginner to manually avoid monsters, instead of relying on avoid. The catch is that monsters often spawn right on top of you, which is pretty difficult to manually avoid, but for all other cases, it's more reliable than hoping the game mechanics will do it for you.
_____________________________________________________________________

Jobbed Beginners.

A job beginner is somewhat of a vague category. The basic idea is to create a beginner-style character, but give him a job so he can use many of the skills along with his toy weapons. This is different then just a unique build, because a unique build looks at a class and figures out a new way of modifying it while a job beginner tweaks a beginner's build around a class. Below are
common job beginners.

Woodsman

A woodsman is a bowman that takes advantage of *The Blessing of Amazon* and *Focus* to gain +36 free accuracy, allowing for a beginner with more strength(and therefore more raw damage) then a normal build. In the second job, a woodsman can use *Power Knock Back* with a bow to do damage, instead of their toy weapons, since the Maple weapons can be equipped without a dex requirement. Many Woodsmen who focuses on Power Knock Back prefers to be called
a "Bow Whacker" rather then a woodsman.

Standard build:
Blessing of Amazon -> Focus -> whatever, since you need to burn AP

Brigand

A Brigand is a bandit that takes advantage of the often unused bandit skills, like Max Dark Sight, Max Steal and Max Disorder as well as haste and Nimble Body. Both Max Disorder and Max Steal are very good PQ skills, which makes a Brigand a good PQ support character.

Standard Build:
Max Nimble Body -> Max Disorder -> Max Disorder -> 1 point in Whatever
Max Haste -> Max Steal -> Whatever.

Str Mage aka Mace mage aka Palladian aka GuardMage

I'm very hesitate to include the strength mage as a jobbed beginner, because in truth, a strength mage is a previously supported class, with it's mace for mages and Blue Doros Robe which gives +3 strength. However, I included it because Nexon dropped the support for this class by failing to give mages mace mastery and mace booster in the 2nd job, as well as failing to make the 50+ level maces available to magicians. After about level 50, a Str mage must use the same
beginner toy weapons and armor a normal beginner must use, which is why I consider them jobbed beginners.

Of all the jobbed beginners, a str mage is probably the best off. In the first job they get Magic Guard and Magic Armor. And they are free to pick which class in the 2nd job. An I/L mage has the ability to freeze a monster and attack them. A F/P mage can poison a monster and use their
weapons to finish them off. A Cleric gets heal, which is pretty weak for attacking monsters without the needed int, but since healing yourself and your party is % based and not magic attack based, it's very useful. All of them get teleport, which most warriors would give their left nut for.

Standard Build:
Magic Armor -> Magic Guard -> MP Recovery(5)-> Improving Max MP -> MP recovery

I/L:
Ice Beam -> Teleport -> Slow -> Whatever

F/P:
Poison -> Teleport -> Slow -> Whatever

Cleric:
Heal -> Teleport > Bless -> Invincible -> Whatever

Party Questing

After meeting 2Hearts1Lov3 and having a minor discussion with Dreamnoob; I now fully recommend PQ'ing for all perma-beginners who are experienced PQ'ers.

I originally thought it would be tough for a beginner to find a PQ, but I forgot that one of the coolest things you can do is party with a subern00b, and most PQ'ers know it! Secondly, most beginner have no problem leaving the boss stages, since beginner do not have a chance with Alishar, and only a minor chance with the King Slime. This means the beginner is free to check and find tracks, as well as scout out the area for a rush. That makes beginner a value to
the party.

The reason I suggest this route for experienced PQ'ers, is because as a beginner, you'll drag your party down during battle heavy stages, so you need to make up for it by doing quick non-battle stages.(sometimes half the PQ is stage 8!)

Here's the accuracy needed to hit some of the PQ monsters.

Armor and Weapons.

My personal suggestion is to head towards blunt weapons. They are the cheapest to scroll and you'll need to scroll if you want to make it to the later levels. Plus, there's just something cool about ks jobbed Maplers with your purse. Otherwise, you're pretty limited in your choices. Just
choose what you like, because n00bs are style over substance.

The Snowboards and Roses are also nice.

Some notable weapons and armors I've found: The plunger (level 25), which is dropped from the Jr. Lioner, because it's maximum possible attack, is 49 without scrolling. That's much higher than most class's 30 level weapons and much cheaper to scroll, too.

The Fish Spear, which is dropped from bubbling. Avoid the one from the Aqua road quest, it's pretty weak.
The Pigs Illustrated, which gives a +10 accuracy.
The Maple Sword is a level 35 weapon with gives +20 to acc.
The Maple Soul Singer is a level 43 weapon that gives +30 acc A godly Dex scrolled Sauna robe is easy-ish to find, since other classes like them as well. If not, 1 10% and 9 100% dex scroll Sauna robe is a good option.
In MapleGlobal, a funded beginner can scroll an American flag and get that extra +10 strength as well as a weapon that has the potetional of being better then the average 25 level weapons.
In MapleGlobal, the Valentine Roses are pretty good weapons, especially since polearm scrolls are fairly cheap.

There are two frozen tunas, the first is a level 10 weapon which can be equipped by anyone, while the level 20 weapon is for beginners only.

MapleSEA has the Sake Bottle, which has more attack then any average weapon
in the game.
____________________________________________________________________
Scrolling.

Just like a normal class's 6x, you'll be 25+ for a very long time, so you benefit from scrolling everything.

I'm only listing the ones available on MapleGlobal, so it's possible your version of MapleStory has additional scrolls. The ones marked with a *#* can be purchased, otherwise they must be found or bought on the FM.

Skills and possible training

N00bs got Skillz! Beginner skills are here to let pre-mages and pre-thieves, who have really poor damage, have a chance to complete the quests on Maple Island. Here's a list of the skills you can choose from.

Recover
Recover HP over a period of 30 seconds - usable only once every ten minutes
Level 1 - Use 10 MP to heal 24 HP.
Level 2 - Use 20 MP to heal 48 HP.
Level 3 - Use 30 MP to heal 72 HP.

Three Snails
Throw a snail shell to attack an enemy from far away.
Level 1 - Use 10 MP to throw a snail shell for 10 damage
Level 2 - Use 15 MP to throw a blue snail shell for 25 damage
Level 3 - Use 20 MP to throw a red snail shell for 40 damage

Agility Tickle
Suddenly move quickly. Usable once every fifteen minutes.
Level 1 - Use 10 MP to gain 10 speed for 4 seconds.
Level 2 - Use 15 MP to gain 15 speed for 8 seconds.
Level 3 - Use 30 MP to gain 20 speed for 12 seconds.

And now a real description, since those ones are pretty sparse.

Recover is good before you need MP. Every 10 minutes, it gives you 72 HP, which is about one pot, and 10 minutes between usage gives a beginner enough time to recharge MP naturally. However, when a person needs MP for their main skills, this one is pointless.

Agility Tickle is often called beginner haste, but it's better described as beginner flash jump. It's not here to aid in training, but to use the extra speed to escape from a bad situation and position yourself into a better one.

Three Snails is probably the best skill in the 3. 10, 25 or 40 damage. Most people prefer only putting two points in this skill, since it's much easier to find blue snails then red ones. This skill was nerfed, it originally always hit, but now it only hits based on your own accuracy.
============================================================

Conclusion

This route is not for everyone, in fact, it's really just for goofing off and trying to be different. Don't be afraid to not follow a build, explore places you shouldn't have been, get owned by the various creatures that inhabit MapleStory and have a good time. Perma-Beginner is all about style over substance, to be the guy with a baseball cap and a snowboard competing against
someone with a sword and armor

It's a chance to play a character that can lose nothing in MapleStory, one that doesn't belong in the Maple world, and one that is not afraid to step outside the boat during the trip between Orbis and Ellinia. One that will never care about flashily moves.

All Mario has is jump and attack, and he gets to rescue the princess! If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for you.

Fast and Cheap Warrior Levelling to 30

1.0 Introduction
================

Hiyo everybody! Well, I am Guruji, and as you can tell, I like the Warrior class. So why choose them? Not saying that you have to, but unlike other classes, warriors deal the most close range damage ever. At level 70, they dish out a lot of damage. Warriors also have a lot more HP than any other class out there.

Yet still, You always see others complain on how warriors just plain old suck. Why do they say that? Two reasons, they level slow and can抰 make over 100k properly until level after level 35. Now, how do you prevent this? Easy, just follow this build:

This warrior build is made in order to allow the fastest warrior levelling possible. You may not be able to hit monsters such as Green Mushrooms, Boars and Horny Mushrooms as early as you may want to. Neither will you be able to PQ properly until level 26. However, this guide still shows a fast way of levelling.

===================
1.1 Ap Distribution
===================

First of all, lets start off with the AP build. All that needs to be done is that by level 10, your warrior must have 20 DEX and the rest of the points should be put into STR. After which you should do the following:

Level SP
===== ==
10 DEX +5
11 STR +5
12 STR +5
13 STR +5
14 STR +5
15 STR +5
16 STR +5
17 STR +5
18 STR +5
19 STR +5
20 STR +5
21 STR +5
22 STR +5
23 DEX +5
24 DEX +5
25 DEX +5
26 DEX +5
27 DEX +5
28 DEX +5
29 DEX +5
30 DEX +5

By following this build, you will have exactly 60 DEX and approximately 100 STR by level 30.
You will be doing around 200+ damage without power strike at level 20, which I believe is
really good. This would save MP pots because you would not have any need to spam power
strike while fighting, which at low levels, is a huge pot user. Well, so far by following this, you will save MP pots. Now, onto the SP build, which will most likely save you HP pots
===================
1.2 SP Distribution
===================

Level AP/Skill
===== ========
10 1 HP Recovery
11 3 HP Recovery
12 1 HP Recovery, 2 MAX HP Increase
13 3 MAX HP Increase
14 3 MAX HP Increase
15 2 MAX HP Increase, 1 Endure
16 1 Power Strike, 2 Slash Blast
17 3 Slash Blast
18 3 Slash Blast
19 3 Slash Blast
20 3 Slash Blast
21 3 Slash Blast
22 3 Slash Blast
23 3 Power Strike
24 3 Power Strike
25 3 Power Strike
26 3 Power Strike
27 3 Power Strike
28 3 Power Strike
29 1 Power Strike, 2 Use on anything
30 3 Use on anything

Well, by level 20, you should have almost 1000 hp. Slash Blast at a lower level speeds up levelling because you can mass kill easily, which is very helpful at pig beach.

==================
1.3 Training spots
==================

Level Spot
===== ====
01-10 Maple Island
10-18 Henesys Hunting Grounds 1,2 or 3
18-23 Pig Beach
23-30 Horny Mushrooms
27-30 Party Quest

===========
1.4 The End
===========

Well, by level 15, you should have 30-40k mesos. I did in Khaini. By level 30, you should have around over 200k. Well, this is all for now and I hope that it will help you level your warrior
to the max. Message me if it works or if there are any mistakes and I will be sure to fix it.

Maplestory Scrolling Guide

This will be a rather brief section to the FAQ. I'll just quickly explain to you which stuff you'll want to scroll, how to scroll it, etc.

First, and most importantly, you're going to want an attack glove. Attack gloves affect Assassins like you wouldn't believe. On top of the attack glove you should also always use Warrior potions, it'll make training much better. For example, I use a 10 attack glove, and it raises the damage that I can do with Lucky 7 by up to about 300 damage per star. Which is a lot, really. Then on top of that, the warrior potion, which will also help loads. The only problem for this is the price. Buying a prescrolled 11 attack glove will cost you an insane amount, currently it's about 30 million maple story mesos, and rising. A 10 attack is about 20 million, and an 8 attack is about 12 million. These are all assuming there are no slots again. If you've got an 11 attack glove with slots left, I envy you, seriously. This is pretty much the main reason why you'll want to fund your character.

Claw scrolling... This is a bit fuzzy. It's perfectly acceptable to scroll your level 50 claw with 100% scrolls, but if you can afford to use 60% scrolls, it's even better. Just hopefully you'll get 5 to 7 of them to work, which will end up making you a decent profit. Only succeeding 4 wont be much good, since then it'll only be 1 more attack and 4 more accuracy then you would've achieved by using 100% scrolls. Any claw past the Slain should be scrolled with 60% scrolls. Why spend 19 million mesos on a Gigantic when you're just going to use 490,000 mesos worth of scrolls on it? It's nonsense, that's what it is.

Shoe scrolling. Believe it or not, 10% Shoe Jump scrolls add 3 DEX. This isn't bad if you want to do an off-dex build, which is scrolling DEX into an equipment, and then using that DEX to meet your equipment requirements, instead of adding points into DEX with your AP. It's not too difficult to just keep trying to succeed the first slot of a snowshoe with a 10% Shoe jump scroll, and then finish with 60% shoe jump scrolls. This could all add up to a shoe not only with a lot of jump (Which you don't need, since Haste will bring you almost to the Jump Cap), but you'll also receive up to 9 DEX, which is a lot, and probably worth your time.

Cape scrolling... I believe I talked about this a bit earlier. But if you want the best results, use either 60% Cape LUK or 60% Cape DEX scrolls. It'd be nice to get a 10% to work on the first slot, but it'll cost you a lot of maplestory mesos, depending on the cape you're using. The extra stats will more than likely help.

Once you raise it to level 19-20, it adds 10 Attack Power, which is like having a sparta stronger than a doombringer, which is what having
a weapon 10 levels higher means.

For example, an attack that would normally do 100 damage to you would do only 60 to you with level 30 Power Guard, and would also do 40
damage to the monster. However, it has a fairly high MP cost and short duration compared with
other Fighter spells. This skill will reduce the damage you take by a lot, but also eats up MP pretty quickly and has to be recast often. It's up to you to decide when the HP it saves you is worth the MP and repeated casting.

4. Training Guide, I told you what to add, but how are you going to
earn these points?
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 1-10 : Snails, Orange Mushrooms, Slimes and Snails.
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 10-15 : Slimes are your better choice here.
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 15-20 : Slimes are still a good choice, tough you'll start getting attack skills here so Pig Beach
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 20-25 :
Victoria Island :
Pigs are your paradise, and I actually had much fun there with my good warrior partner, with who I kept fighting to see who would level faster, and by the way, having a friend of your level might heat you up to making a lot of leveling so you outlevel him, or just to reach his level.
Ossyria : At Aqualand, several sealife are weak and you may want to try this place though I wouldn’t recommend.
_______________________________________________________________________
Levels 25-30 :
Victoria Island :
Warriors aren't much appreciated at Party Quest, mostly known as PQ, but from now on, you can handle Ligators finely, as well as Curse Eyes and King Slime, Neckis are a pain in the ass so just leave them to the mages/sins/archers. Your other alternative are hunting octopuses at Sleepywood's Hidden Streets, check http://www.hidden-street.net/maps/hiddenstreet.php again for moreinfo on where you could go, pigs are still a wonderful choice, or, if you have a good weapon, or by level 28 or so, with a normal weapon you can go Wild Boars, Ossyria : If you don't like Wild Boars you can kill Jr. Sentinels at 20th floor of Orbis Tower or some sealife at Aqualand (don't forget Air Bubbles)
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 30-35 : Congratz, you now are a fighter, or at least I hope you are if you're reading this guide. Victoria Island :
Your reward is, more wildboars, really, this is the only thing you should fight.
Ossyria :Jr. Sentinels are still an option for wild boars and sealife at Aqualand might be easier now.
______________________________________________________________________
Levels 35-40 : Well, now you are where most warriors lose their fun in Maple, but please try not do it yourself. You can still fight wildboars here, but you might be sick of them by now..., if you are a Shield bearer you might want to move to fireboars ASAP, but being a two-handed
weapon wielder, it'll be more profitable to remain in Wild Boars until level 38 or so. {An option for fireboars is Jr.

In Aqualand you may want to try one of the other sealife though I wouldn't advice you to.I actually don抰 like fish .
__________________________________________________________________
Levels 40-45 : Well, now you are on the upgrading area, the moment where you'll start to get sick of wearing the same set of armor for 10 levels, get used to it tough, there's no alternative other than wearing weaker armor..., Fireboars are still a good choice, tough I prefer Jr.
Kitten at Orbis.

Ludi PQ is easier and more rewarding now, but you can try ratz still, toy soldiers, pandas in the inner clock tower and little or platoon chronos, but not Master ones. Sealife at Aqualand is nice, try out to see what can you kill.
_____________________________________________________________________
