The Way of Earning Mesos in Maplestory

Earn your maplestory mesos in just a few days! Doesn't matter if you are a beginner, warrior, thief, mage, archer or pirate.

Steps

1.Train and get mesos. PQ will give rewards that you can sell for much mesos. Quests also gives rewards and mesos that you can keep or sell. Make sure you have fun while playing!

2.Do the Orbis or Eos Tower quests everyday for about a week or so and sell all the scrolls you get. Each one can go for about 70-150k, which can get you a lot if you get enough scrolls.

3.Loot or train at Sakura Cellions in Amoria. They give a ridiculous amount of money compared to their level. However, leprehauns in masteria give far more mesos per drop and have a much better drops including steelys and black umbrellas. To go there, first travel to New Leaf City and travel using the free taxi at the far left of the map. Then walk to the left side of the map until you se the portal, this is where the leprehauns roam. (recommened lvl 40+)

4.Try to pick up mesos that are left by other users.

5.During MapleStory events where Maple items are available, hunt for them and then sell them.

6.Try to play during 2x drop rate hours.

7.Try looking through FM for good deals, and sell them.

8.On Sundays, buy items from the 7th Day Market and sell them to the merchant at a higher price.

Tips

•Use New Leaf City-exclusive potions. These potions/foods will heal the most HP and MP with the least amount of mesos used.

•Take all of your monster drops, except for maybe Omok pieces and monster cards.

•Consider buying autoloot maple story mesos for your pet, so they can pick up your mesos while you are training.

•In the 7th Day Market, each item takes up one slot, so you may find it useful if you create multiple characters to hold more items.

•If you are a Cleric/Priest/Bishop, you may find HP potions obsolete if you max "Heal" immediately after a point in Teleport. Heal replenishes all of your HP and most of your party's HP when maxed. You still need MP potions, though.

•If you are a magician of any sort, you will find the skill "MP Eater" useful. When maxed, the skill has a high success rate of taking some of a killed monster's MP and giving it to you. You won't max this very early, though.

•"Mesos Guard" is a skill for Chief Bandits that, when maxed, takes 77% of any damage received and channels it to your meso instead of your HP. At the levels when you'll start using it, 100 HP will cost more than 100 meso. Plus, it helps to take in damage when killing bosses.

•"Invincible" is a skill for Clerics that cancels out 30% of any physical damage taken in when maxed. Ideal for making you use Heal less often.

•"Power Guard" is a skill for Pages and Fighters that channels 40% of any physical damage taken to the monster that dealt it. So you'd only take in 60% of the damage you would've taken if you didn't have this skill in. Less HP potions to buy means more maplestory mesos.

Warnings

•Do not consider hacking, which is MapleStory's equivalent of cheating. It puts you at an unfair advantage to other Maplers who do not hack (the majority) because of the extra EXP and money you'll reap. Not only does it tick off the general population, but it delivers a 30-day ban, followed by a permaban. There was a period known as the "Hacker Era" from around November '06 to June '07 where hacking was almost uncontrollable. Since then, hackers are now rarer to spot. (This is actually false, there are still hundreds of hackers world wide, go to dheat engine forum for more details)

•Do not KS(Kill Steal). There is no real consequence of Kill Stealing other then one given by players, but Fame does make an impact on the game equipment wise. So it is better to play nicely with other players.
